I travel about 90 nights or more a year. This was my best stay by far in quite a while. To the greeting at the door to the beautiful room and the great breakfast. I will only stay here when in the area. Thank you for making me feel special.

I enjoyed Elsa’s breakfast every morning, it was delicious. They are very dog friendly and the rooms/lobby smells refreshing and clean.
The bed is soooo comfy! Appreciated all the power outlets in the room as well.

Unfortunately only one elevator was working during my stay and I noticed some of the exterior siding from the building was falling off in some areas. The shades in the room were a little torn up looking but all very minor.

Clean hotel. No complaints. Location is very close off the highway and not far from downtown Bentonville. 20 min to the airport.

Hotel is in very good shape. Staff was attentive and friendly.

Breakfast was much better than your typical hotel breakfast. Solid options such as fresh made burritos and pancakes. Elsa did a wonderful job. She’s extremely friendly and made the stay even more enjoyable.

I appreciate the hotel amenities such as the complimentary bike rental, outdoor grill, pool, fitness center.

Great breakfast by Miss Elsa (highly recommend), handy amenities and a nice mini kitchen. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable and there were 2 comforter choices, one thinner (which was plenty warm) and one much thicker. The shower was great! The desk and chair were comfortable and the fridge and microwave handy.

Loved this hotel when it first opened, but it is not being maintained. ||It is literally my first full day here (checked in last night) and I wrote the review immediately just to warn anyone coming. My room had smeared "stuff" all over the wall when you first walk in, with the light on it is 100% obvious and I cannot believe that the housekeepers do not clean this disgusting mess up. ||There was also some brown/yellow crusty stuff on the sheets (the housekeeping staff re-made the bed this morning and LEFT THEM ON!!) At his point I I have already gone downstairs 3 times for other issues (ps- they do not have and will not be having a bar, they are doing a happy hour now, so if you were told "we are waiting on the liquor license" when they first opened and were eagerly waiting- it doesn't seem its gonna happen) It is FOUL looking and I am loading the pictures, because I honestly cannot believe that anyone thought this was ok. I am so over it that I am just going to sleep on top of the sheets this week or go to the store and buy my own. ||The internet only works at a reasonable speed in rooms "near the server" according the the front desk. I am at the end of the hallway, was told to try to connect through another room number closer to the server (I mean, distance isn't going to change, I had to literally sit outside the room and then join and it was only a few MBPS higher- the speed is still horrendous and I am writing this review using my phone's hotspot because it is faster. ||We have a corporate rate with this hotel, but probably going to change that very shortly. The front desk staff stated " I guess I could try to call maintenance but there isn't really anything they can do." I also explained that my company stays here and asked if they could email me the rooms that we should "avoid" in the future- she told me "just tell them to stay close to the elevator".

This is going to be a longer review than normal. Admittedly the bar for hotels is very low in Bentonville. The best hotels for a hundred miles are easily the brand new Motto and the much older 21c museum hotel. The Element is neither of those and doesn't market itself as such, so manage your expectations.

However, this is not a new hotel, just simply rebranded. And it shows as the rooms could use some TLC. My curtain was torn and hard to use the strings to pull down. The floors and bed are loud. I could hear people above me walking around. The pillows are as flimsy as a sock in the wind and the bed sinks inward. There are numerous blemishes throughout the room and bathroom which haven't gotten any attention isln a long time. The duvet on the bed if held up to the light is very dirty and dark looking. Room 327 for reference.

The staff is nice but made no mention of Marriott status or any upgrades available at check-in. Doing laundry here needs to have a lot less friction. Machines take quarters and those you can get from the front desk, but you need cash. The ATM in the lobby is great but it has a fee. Detergent is another $3. All in all, it will cost you $10 to do laundry this way. Hardly what I would expect at a budget 2 star hotel meant for extended stays and families.

I called the front desk at 11am one morning to have my room serviced. I was ask what I needed and I said the bed made up and my dirty towels taken away and replaced with new ones. Returned to the hotel around 3pm and I only had new towels. The dirty towels were still on the bathroom floor and the bed was not made. How the heck does that happen. It was rectified but I was out of my room for around 30 minutes while this was completed.

The surrounding area is great. You can get anywhere in less than 10 minutes.

Finally, there are 2 elevevators but apparently one has been broken "forever". This has to drive the cleaning staff nuts.

Overall, I've stayed at better but this hotel could certainly use some attention in the rooms.

Elsa the cook, the front desk and all the staff members are extremely great.
They go beyond and above to make sure you have the best stay. Breakfast is delicious and they also have restaurants near by. No complaints with my three month stay.
