We just stayed a week at the hotel to see family over the holidays, and we couldn’t be happier! The hotel isn’t anything fancy, but between the ability to have our dogs, the delicious breakfast every morning, quiet rooms (even though others had pups too), and the incredible staff…what more could simple travelers need? |I must give a huge shoutout to the staff, because they really were the coolest. Front desk in the evening: Kelly, such a lovely guy. Front desk in the morning: Danielle, never stopped smiling for a moment! Love! Breakfast attendant: Cindy, the cutest little redhead who was all over helping me find what I was craving. Bless her patience. And finally Housekeeping: June. She is pure joy! Every single time we saw her, she was the sweetest and just radiant. |All in all, we’ll be back in the area for sure, and we know exactly where we’ll stay. 🙂

Staff was fantastic during the stay, super friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was also good and had lots of options. Rooms and property in general could you an update.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming! Hotel was very clean but could use some updating. We had an issue with our toilet and the air conditioning after 3 tornadoes touched down, and all was corrected immediately. Heavy traffic on the main street leaving the hotel. They only have Queen beds and it was not the most comfortable for me. Breakfast was pretty good. Overall 4 1/2 out of 5.

Very clean and comfortable room. Location is good and it's easy to get in off of I-49, but getting out at certain times of the day can be tough. Not a fault of the hotel, this area's traffic can just be very bad. Staff was helpful, our stay was quite nice.

The rooms were the perfect size. You didn't really feel like you were in a hotel room. There is plenty of room, and a full kitchen including stovetop and oven.

The bedroom was in a separate room which made it feel that much more home like.

Most mornings they had coffee ready to go before 4am which is great because my job starts early and there is rarely anything at most hotels.

Three restaurants just outside of the parking lot and a Walmart,Sam's club and Sam's club gas station less than an eight of a mile.

I was quite disappointed with this property's condition. Also was not disclosed upon checkin that housekeeping did not come in except every other day. My husband went to take a shower and after 20 seconds of the water running there was at least 2 inches of water past his ankles as the tub was clogged and draining slowly.

Horrible loud banging around on the fourth floor late at night which sounds like maintenance workers. I had called that evening to the front desk at 10:45pm and no one answered the front desk phone. I called the next morning to advise about the clogged drain and noise. The girl claimed someone should have answered the phone. She explained about the every other day housekeeping thing and offered to have some fresh towels ready for me, which I did go pick up from her.

The rooms are run down and the caulking in the bathrooms is so messy and unsightly. The kitchenette is nice though, and the room is spacious but that is about it. For the price of these suites you are better off going to the new hotel behind the building. I expected more from the Marriott name.
