Lexi at the front desk and John with the maintenance department went above and beyond to help us out. Their customer service and willingness to assist showed how much they truly care for their guest. Rooms were nice. The only thing missing was a microwave in the room they only have one downstairs. Breakfast was delicious. We had a great overall experience and recommend this hotel.

My only complaint is that I do not care to have a southwest style eggs and potatoes, or fake sausage. Make eggs and potatoes without any additional ingredients. If people want to other additives, they can add themselves if you provide it. And I assure you most like biscuits with their breakfast. And please have spreadable butter. Other than that, the place is great.

We stayed during the eclipse and thought the accommodations were wonderful. Clean rooms. The gym was super nice. Pool was closed for the season. Breakfast was good. No microwaves in room and didn’t see one in the lobby (possible I overlooked it). Only thing I didn’t like is that there was no lock on the bathroom door. Staff was very friendly.

We stayed for 2 nights while attending a funeral in Paragould. The hotel was very modern, comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated the nice lounge area where we were able to spend some with other family members who were in town.

Clean room, friendly people. Road noise can be a bit loud probably less noise in rear facing rooms. Back door key reader wasnt working. Hard to make a left hand turn from location

My husband and I stayed the night for our wedding anniversary. Our room was on the 3rd floor. The hotel was perfectly cleaned. Our king size bed was beyond comfortable. Sheet thread count was perfect. I sleep with extra pillows and the bed was full. All white bedding. 4k TV in the room. Two ottomans. Lot's of outlets to plug in all your devices in. Wifi signal never went down. Every pay channel on TV, over 500 channels so there was always something on. Shower water pressure was spot on. I loved the idea of walled personal toiletries. That being said in the way that the hotel is aware of not wanting all the waste of tiny bottles to just throw away. I think all hotels should be this way in their thinking. Maid services 24/7, endless clean towels. The room was clean decor and spotless. Morning coffee making was a breeze and great taste, with cute cups to boot to make it in. Ice and vending just a few doors down from our room. Even with the hotel pretty full for the night, we never heard the other guests. They served Continental breakfast in the a.m. complete with their famous waffles. My husband and will be back to stay here for all our weekend and over night getaway's. Front desk was great at check in and check out. A big thank you to them for making our stay a nice and welcoming one. We recommend this hotel with two thumbs way up!

We stay here every Christmas when visiting family. Every year prior to this one, I'd have given the hotel five stars. This year, on the positive side, there was a mix-up with our reservation and three rooms have been booked rather than to. The front desk clerk canceled the third room, which I could demonstrate with emails had never been booked, but then I realized my credit card had been charged to late cancellation fee. The next morning, the front desk clerk helpfully investigated and refunded the charge. So, that's great. However, our bathroom was not clean. There was actually a fingernail clipping on the counter when we arrived. And the lobby coffee was tepid. I don't know if the hotel has changed management. I hope that these issues can be fixed, because it really is the best hotel option in Paragould and we hope to continue staying here on our visits.
