This to me, is the ugliest hostel in Ft Smith, AR, there are mice and by mice I mean this place is a breeding ground for mice. They have no fear of humans because they openly walk out right in front of people. It's so bad you can hear the babies squeaking for the mama to come feed them, you can hear them running through the walls. It's dusty, dirty, and should be condemned immediately! How this property has consistently passed city safety and health department code is a mystery$$$ and by mystery I mean they must pay the man who comes to inspect.

There are hundreds of thousands of roaches, of different types...disgusting

The mice eat a lot of the roaches which keeps the mice fed and able to breed.

If only there were snakes ? to eat ? the mice

But it was a safe place to stay as long as u don't talk to anyone

I've lived here for 2 months now very little water the last 2 weeks no water basically no water at all they claim they've got a leak they claim they've got a professional plumber but he doesn't get up until 9:30 10:00 to even turn the water on just for you to flush the toilet and maybe fill the bathtub up with just a little bit of water but there is no water at Garden Lodge they are still fixing rooms and they are renting them out to people without water we need water and garden Lodge Maybe the owner is unaware he needs to know that these people are don't have water and we need water now the rooms are nasty roach infested bed bugs no water makes the roaches even worse don't move here

You will need to see below the surface of any reality in the stars for specifics. I would not know. What is known, is that this is a safe place for those who reside. It was a warm day at the end of December, when I suddenly remembered. I have a delivery before I go to the house. I arrive and make it to the door with a little shave and a haircut knock, indeed. Less the two bits of course because it was for the plate which is never eaten from. Some may say this is dumb, but, not this one. A friend in need is a friend indeed.

I have lived here since August, this is my home. I feel safe, it's quiet and comfortable. I've made some great friends here. Home is what you make it regardless of where you're at thanks Garden Lodge no bed bugs here Arkansas is known for cock roaches and mice no ones fault

I honestly love this place the manager miss tonya is a real one of a kind sweet heart she will work with u on ur rent wich i paid 510.00 a month for 5 months. Great time there. The place gets a bad name for what reason i dont know. The maintenance crew work is A+ any problems with the room they are on it and they get the job done right.

Do NOT come here!!! You will regret it!!! Management is poorly lacking, maintence is also poorly lacking. Room comes with cable but they will disconnect you without even telling you. Then they will try to charge you for it. Staff does not care about you, in fact all they care about is your money and how much of it they can con you out of. So, beware and enter at your own risk!! Health hazards gallore as well. Not to mention there is drama EVERYWHERE you look and those who are at the office will be two face to you. Don't trust this place and definitely don't recommend!!!! STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN!!!!!!!!!

By others who have experienced this place. The conditions black mold mice roaches bed bugs. Is some of the worst health conditions possible. So I contacted the Better Business Bureau. And they're starting investigation.
