Stayed here a few weeks ago, and I cannot begin to say how wonderful everything about this place is. Not only is it located in a beautiful area, but the rooms are equally beautiful, and the owners are outstanding hosts, helpful and hospitable. I look forward to my next visit here. ☺️

I will start down the list of the many issues. Firstly every single outlet was overloaded and the only way to plug in a phone charger by the bed was an extension cord underneath the bed. The towels were very stiff and did not absorb water very well like they had been washed too many times. There were only two towels and two wash clothes in the room. The room was extremely tiny with no room to walk around. The thermostat was behind the TV. They only clean the room if you call a phone number. The parking lot is tiny definitely no room for a trailer and makes it hard to park larger trucks. It is right off the main road in noel so there is constant traffic. The front of the room by the road is a large window by the door and only has a single curtain so it feels like there's no privacy. Whenever I turned on the shower brown rust colored water came out. I was staying there for work and I washed my hands and dried them on the hand towel which got a little bit of dirt on it. They sent me a text at 7:30 at night telling me they would charge me for a soiled towel apparently that you can wash towels. I've stayed at many many hotels/motels and this is the first one that threatened to charge me for dirty towels. For the price I would definitely not recommend staying here. If you are looking to vacation in noel there are several cheaper and nicer hotels in neosho. Also if you have a service dog they do not abide by the laws. A co-worker of mine was going to stay here as well but they would not let him stay with his service dog even though he has all of the paperwork for the dog.

Loved the place. Very clean and updated. Bed was extremely comfortable. Lots of cable channels. Nice place!!!

Good location...Expensive !! Musty smell because it flooded some years ago...but clean...Stupid 30 pound max dog policy...Full blooded Retrievers are better behaved than most people and they are 50 lbs+... So my dog couldn't come...neighbors had a dinky dog that yapped constantly...Owner was nice..dog policy should be based on breed (no pit bulls ect..) and behavior..... I'll stay some other place next time..

OK so when you see the sign in the Google information, it looks a little sketch, but looks are deceiving. Beautifully curated rooms, welcoming, coffee in each room. Everything is absolutely beautiful. The staff were amazing inviting and oh so accommodating if you’re looking to relax in a cozy environment with modern amenities this is your place.

Not a bad place to stay. It's not 4-5 star lodging but it is the only option in Noel other than camping, cabins, or B&Bs. The room we got was a little musty when we entered but this place had been under water many times from floods. Our car air freshers worked wonders. Considering that, they really have done a good job getting the motel cleaned back up and for the most part you would never know. They have a nice dock area, and ice machine, and grills. The grounds and building itself is very well groomed and kept up. Deep cleaning has not been done in a little while in our room. I dropped my plastic bottle of water on the tile floor and went to dry it up with some paper towels. The towels were almost black. So we just made sure our shoes were always under us if standing upright. I mean we have just made that a general practice in a motel/ hotel but you know. Other than that and it just being an older motel it really isn't that bad.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Its very clean we paid 105 for 2 queen beds . The owner is nice as well... However my only complaint is I was told to be cleaner simply because my daughter got her play sand everywhere... The way I feel about that is we paid for the room and for us to use We didn't destroy anything it just had to be cleaned up.. Either way that doesn't affect if you should or shouldn't stay definitely stay its a cozy stay

We had a group of 16, and everyone loved this hotel. It was perfect for our kayaking trip as we could float right to the dock of the motel. Lori, the owner, is super nice and accommodating. She goes above and beyond to make sure everyone enjoys their stay. We will be staying at this hotel every time we are in Noel.
