All property individuals were great to work with and move in was easy getting through the paperwork. However, the second day I was unpacking all my boxes and was walking around the entire apartment and started to notice my feet started feeling gritty. I took a look at my feet and the bottoms were black. When I asked management to have cleaners return to properly clean the floors to move in ready state I was told they would not do that and apologized for the issue but that I would have to clean the floors myself. I asked them to reconsider as I just moved in and expected a clean and ready apartment.

My husband and I lived here for about 4 years! Although we’ve had great experiences with everyone in the office, we mainly worked with Elizabeth throughout those years and every single time we needed something or had a question she was amazing! Quick to respond, kind, respectful, and so helpful! The apartment itself was great. Never had a pest issue, outside was clean, anything that broke or needed maintenance, maintenance was there pretty quickly and got it resolved fast! Our A/C even went out at one point & everything was replaced as quickly as they could. I would absolutely recommend encantada to anyone looking for a new QC apartment!
