We always stay here when visiting our college student at EAC. Beds are comfortable, hot breakfast buffet is tasty, including eggs, potatoes, waffles, bacon, fruit, etc. Location is central to the college, restaurants, convenience stores, and Main St Thatcher.

Considering how much we paid for the room I expected better. The tv was disconnected the fridge did not work 3rd floor ice machine didn't work no bottled water in vending machines and since I couldn't get ice and the fridge didn't work I was drinking warm bottled water I had brought. It took me nearly a half hour to connect the TV myself because the staff did not seem to be around when needed.

Rooms where your typical clean hotel rooms. staff was extremely friendly and helpful plenty of parking if you're towing a trailer what is an added bonus

Positive: The room was good sized and it was clean. Also, breakfast was better than expected. The staff did a good job with it. Negative: The hotel elevator did not work so we had to carry everything up to the second floor. We also had issues with the hot water in the shower. The comfort of the bed was just OK. This was a great hotel. Our family needed a hotel last minute at midnight and we ended up staying for 4 days. The front desk was very welcoming and kind and listened to our requests. I was worried about the rooms because some of the reviews here, however, this hotel and room was above my expectations!

Positive: We enjoy the breakfast. We stay often and a variety like other locations would be nice. The staff is great and the rooms are really clean. Housekeeping has been great also Negative: We also stay for the jacuzzi hot tub and indoor swimming. The hot tub jets have never worked and this trip the hot tub was cold. The pool was also freezing.
