5 -Star experience!! From the moment I walked in the door it felt like home. Even the office had a warm, welcoming and cozy spirit to it. The pool and the amenities are Beautiful!! And wait until you see what the homes look like ? From the staff to the snacks, they did it right here. Just go and see for yourself, you won't be disappointed❣️

These apartments are remarkable. I am very pleased with the spaciousness of the unit, and my two cats seem to enjoy it as well. Winter facilitated a smooth and efficient move-in process. I am still in awe of the aesthetically pleasing interior design. The apartment is indeed spacious, and I particularly appreciate the kitchen, which features a large island. Overall, I am highly satisfied with every aspect of this apartment and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a new place to reside.

This property is absolutely stunning and the units are brand spanking new , with beautiful upgrades in addition to private backyards... the staff is so friendly and helpful . I signed a lease with a great special and I'm so pleased with my decision.

In all honesty, this was likely the most positive experience I have ever had when touring an apartment. Winter was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when answering any of my questions regarding the apartment application process. Since this was my first time renting an apartment, I am genuinely pleased that I chose to do so at Roosevelt. I cannot recommend this apartment complex more highly, both in terms of its amenities and the exceptional team that manages it.

Clearly not enough trash space because they come to the nearby apartments to empty their carloads of garbage. Watched and heard a white ford with temp plates toss multiple bags of garbage in our dumpster then Drive out the side gate and into your community. I will be more than happy to supply you with video and photo. Please keep your trash to yourself!
