I thought it would be a run down dive. Ooops, surprised!!! Everything was great there. The price, quiet, no partying or screaming kids.

The hotel is very old but, they have remodeled so, it was quite nice.

They DO need a new well lit entry way sign though. Hard to find driveway late at night... we'll stay there more often in the future. We were treated nicely all during our stay . ... .

Recently remodeled rooms. Includes microwave, fridge, coffee maker and 42" tv. Tiled showers, but water pressure is low. Shower head height is good for taller folks. Pool is kept clean, fairly big but only 5' deep. Usually pretty quiet, management is pretty cool and laid back.

Photos are accurate from previous users and I'm copying this from another review I wrote recently.||Stayed at the Kofa Inn twice a week over a two month period for business related trips. The motel is priced lower than the larger chain motels and I was first skeptical at what I would find here. Instead the Kofa has been a desert jewel and easily overlooked. Plus there is grass.||The hotel has recently undergone renovations and with the new furnishing the rooms feel modern and updated. The shower has been retiled and the sink area has granite (tonalite) counter tops are brand new . The Flat screen TV has a wide selection of of cable channels. There are 2.4ghz and 5ghz wi-fi bands for my internet needs. I have been placed in rooms in multiple corners of the property and had excellent reception through and through.||The rooms are clean. Sheets and towels do still have a faint bleach smell, but not anywhere overwhelming. A/C units work well and could easily be used to chill an Ice Rink. ||Other amenities include a coffee maker, dryer, fridge and microwave. The pool is also wonderful and I've enjoyed using it for relaxing with its built in seats. Just don't expect to do laps in it.||Honestly I would give the Kofa 4.5 out of 5. My experience with the staff has been pleasant and the rooms are great. The Kofa has exceeded my expectations without breaking my budget. ||Couple things to note for the non-perfect score. First, not all rooms have fridges, but have a microwave. Then some rooms have microwaves and no fridges. I think you should make that clear if you need these amenities when you book your room. Second, they have no food or breakfast but do have fresh coffee every morning. Third, sometimes the A/C units can be quite loud at night when you're trying to sleep. Fourth, unfortunately you can hear your neighbors through the walls. Fifth, as previously reported, the road can be noisy.||Again, 4.5 out of 5. Would stay again and this place should be considered for your next stay in Parker, AZ.

Great upgrades, but....room was dirty. Coffee maker not cleaned from previous occupants, floors were sticky, but worst of all, bed had flat sheet instead of fitted. Had two nights of being tangled up in sheets and laying on the plastic mattress.
Staff was amazing tho!!!

Kofa has really done a nice job of remodeling. The rooms all have nice new showers new sinks and counter tops in the bathroom new paint and furniture plus a great AARP discount. The pool is sparkling clean with lots of new patio furniture. All rooms are non smoking but nice small tables and chairs are outside for the convenience of smokers along with plenty of ashtrays. Our staff was wonderful check in went very smoothly and we were so appreciative of the room being cool enough to help us relax. We will definitely return to Kofa.

Stayed at the Kofa Inn back in December during the holidays. From the outside it looks well aged but to my surprise the rooms have been updated very good. The rooms are nicely decorated and furnished, the bed is very comfortable, the shower/sink area look great, and hard flooring looks excellent. The only really unsatisfactory thing was the wifi, it didn't work too well due to poor signal in the room. Other than that it was a very nice room and the price was not too bad either.

I liked the quality for the price. It was a good place to crash for the night. It's not the sort of hotel you would enjoy hanging out at your room but a good stop if you're enjoying the River or Lake Havasu. It's close to everything you need. The room is decent but the remodel is kind of getting worn and it shows. The curtains are coming off the rod a bit, the decorative pillows are torn and stuffing exposed, the shower pan has rust spots and the headboard looked like it had touch up paint done by a spray can. There's more but you get the idea. All that said, the staff was friendly and the price was $76.00. The sheets were clean and so were the towels and the air conditioning worked very well!

Honesty, from the outside it looks like it's a hole in the wall. But when you enter your room you can tell that the rooms have been remodeled. They did a very nice job on the inside with the decor, and the furnishings. The shower is spacious enough for 2.
