The room was very nice and clean. We went down for breakfast the next morning and I met Karen at the front desk who is amazing!!! Very pleasant and very welcoming and great customer service!!!||We came to Show Low To look for some property and a house to buy and Karen gave us a real estate book that was very helpful and is very knowledgeable about the town and gave us a lot of wonderful information about the town which was very helpful to us.||Quality inn Pinetop is very lucky to have Karen working the front desk. I give her a 10 star rating and then some. She is very kind, very generous and very pleasant to be around and makes you feel immediately welcomed. We will definitely be coming back to stay here again, and looking forward to seeing Karen again One of the reasons that we will be coming back to stay here is because of Karen amazing customer service!!!||Maria and Rick

Hotel is badly managed and understaffed.
We stayed 1 night in September for $300(after tax). Lobby was dirty. Room was fair. Dirty coffee maker. Clock alarm, from previous guest, went off at 6:00am in the morning and woke everyone up.
Shampoo was out, not refilled!! Bathroom could be cleaner for the price.
Breakfast was ok, could be better. The staff used hands to refill beagles/ breads.

When I got to the room the restroom wasn’t clean. There was pee stains on the toilet and dried poop inside the toilet. Felt I couldn’t trust the hotel’s cleanness at all after that. I called to complaint to the front desk and they changed me to the room next door but even that one wasn’t that clean either. There were balls of hair on the floor and the carpet wasn’t even vacuumed. The hallways to the room smelled old and there was no AC running through the halls so it felt. It was hot walking through them. The AC in the room did work well. Then the TV wasn’t working well. I tried to turn on a cartoon for my baby to watch and the screen remain black in each channel I tried. I gave up and left the tv off. The second room tub had some reddish stains on it. I’m sure with good cleaning products they would come off if they cleaned good. We picked this hotel because it was close the park my husband was playing. I don’t think I would want to stay here again.

Stayed here for just one night. The staff was pleasant enough. My biggest gripe is the constant noise. My upstairs neighbor was stomping so loud my bed was shaking. Doors constantly opening and closing in the hallway. The walls and ceiling must be not insulated well or thin. Just was hard to relax in my room. Otherwise, fine hotel.

This hotel was awful. I usually try to be graceful, but it was just filthy. We couldn't even stay the night. They charged us 56k points for a three night stay and would only refund us 18k for one night. The fact that this hotel is in the Choice chain is shocking. They put us in one room that the couch was actually missing. The first room they sent us to showed clean but was not even done and the third room was so gross we checked out and left. There was hair in the tub, mold all around it, dirt still on the floor and something brown and gross across the shower walls. There was some type of liquid smeared across the headboards, and stains on the comforter. The staff was kind about it but obviously the management didn't care enough to refund us. They clearly don't care that they are taking money or points for a terrible experience. We also didn't feel safe even parking in the back lot as the fence is partly open in the back. This hotel needs a major overhaul and is not at all worth the price they are charging. This incident was enough that we won't stay with Choice anymore.

Unless you like filth you will not be happy with this place! Totally disgusting! I’m sleeping in the car, my husband can sleep here if he wants to but I’m grossed out. Hair and sock fuzz on the floor, makeup on one of the pillow cases, bodily fluid stains right in the middle of the upholstered chair and the same “material” dripped all over on the bed skirt. I sent photos to the corporate office so I hope to hear back. Not requesting a refund and certainly don’t want any free nights. I will never stay at a Comfort Inn ever again.

Terrible experience.....room was extremely dirty, bathtub leaked all over bathroom floor, mold all along bathtub, edges of bathroom out into main area. Shampoo dispenser was broken off & just sitting in the tub. Toothpaste & what looked like blood on the wall, stains all over the furniture. Shower curtain rod was falling down. Back door didn't lock so didn't feel safe at all. Peep hole broken & a kleenex stuffed in the hole...I could go on & on....DON'T STAY HERE!!!
