Cuando lo rentamos hace un mes nos dijo el señor Mitch está un poco sucio y le dijimos no hay problema porque ya nos urgía la verdad y dijo okay luego dice oh la regadera no sirve en un par de días la arreglamos ( nunca la arreglaron!) en lugar de eso nos ofreció un cuarto de a lado que usan como bodega y tenía regadera dijimos okay no hay problema!
Cuando lo entregamos nos dice la señora Betty está sucio le dijimos hace lo recibimos y dijo no no hay depósito de regreso ( 300$ Dólares !) la verdad no es justo que hagan eso porque ellos así nos lo entregaron sucio y mal oliendo el baño porque no tiene ventilación!
La verdad deja mucho que decir no se los recomiendo eviten hacer corajes

When we rented it a month ago Mr. Mitch told us it's a little dirty and we told him no problem because the truth was urgent and he said okay then he says oh the shower doesn't work in a couple of days we'll fix it (they never fixed it! ) Instead he offered us a room next door that we used as a wine cellar and it had a shower, we said ok, no problem!
When we delivered it, Mrs. Betty told us it was dirty. We told her how long ago we received it and she said no, there is no return deposit (300$ Dollars!) The truth is, it is not fair that they do that because that is how they delivered it to us dirty and bad smelling in the bathroom because It has no ventilation!
The truth leaves a lot to say, I don't recommend it, avoid getting angry

Great price, clean & quiet. It's in walking distance for a lot of places if you go for a walk. The manager is super nice & responsive. Will definitely stay again.

We stayed for 1 week in a large room with 2 separate rooms. One for us and one for the kids. There was a modest breakfast each morning that was perfect. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. It is an older building but we liked the nostalgia. For the price it was great.

It was my intention to hunker down for mushroom season, and use the hotel as basecamp. IMO this is one of the best locations to access a ton of ground for foraging oppurtunities.

The host/managers are absolutely amazing people. The hospitality I received is unmatched. Plus, I was offered advice on where to go and what might be available.

If you want to spend all day at a resort, on-site, go ahead and stay in Phoenix.

If your seeking adventure, beautiful country, solitude in the forest, and are an active person in your travels: WMH is choice.

Decent Motel room. You're basic bed, bath, TV, microwave. However the Owners were a little rude at check in, and came by 3 different times in the morning knocking on my door BEFORE check out. Woke me up, and upset me. At check at out I called to complain about the disturbance but the owner just wanted to argue. Terrible customer service. Room ok.

Room smells bad. Had a lamp on the end Table but no where to plug it in.
Couldn't curl my hair in the bath room the plugs didn't work. Don't let the pictures deceive you. The price was cheap but like the saying goes you get what you pay for.
The carpet was not clem could see all the dust build up in from the dresser.

Pillows were bad, bed ok. It is a very quiet place and the AC was very modern. Wifi felt like it was from the 80's and we had to call the front desk for hot water. The hotel actually allocates hot water to your room and if you pass that allocation, the hot water shuts down. If this place is of last resort, it will do but I would not stay there again.

If staying weekly. This is NOT the place to stay. From our experiences, they didnt change sheets for 2 weeks & sometimes didn't make the bed, left the sheets on the bed for us to make. Only vacuum & towels they did. No deep cleaning. Breakfast was late sometimes. Couple of times hearing the owner & family yelling & almost fighting.
Well, it is up to you where you want to stay. Just telling my experience.
