My husband and I recently moved in to Bella Mirage apartments and we both are beyond satisfied with the whole sign in process. I have to say that Wendy made this whole experience super easy and pleasant ? She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, honest and just really kind. My husband and I moved here to Phoenix from out of state and apartment shopping was a little overwhelming since we didn’t know Phoenix that well. From the start Wendy made us feel at home! She really shows that she cares about the tenants and loves her job. So far I am very happy to be living in this community. The apartment itself also met my expectations. It was very clean and they even had installed new carpet! The whole apartment complex has a peaceful vibe to it so far. No disturbing loud neighbors or upstairs noise. I am in the second floor and haven’t heard any upstairs noise at all which really surprised me. We would recommend it if you’re looking for a nice, peaceful place to live in.

Office management- Super nice, understanding, and helpful. Takes a few calls to get ahold of them sometimes though.
Maintenance- Tons of staff that’s always around but can never get help. Sent in tickets that get ignored for a week + then closed even though no one came.
Units- Clean, spacious, homey, and many updated and not updated options for preference. Lived in many 1BD apartments and these are the biggest and most sense full I’ve been in.
Dog park- DISGUSTING. DISGUSTING. There are 2. 1 larger and 1 smaller. Large one is always muddy, filled with pot holes, covered in poop, and huge holes in the fence. What’s the point if they can get out and not walk without stepping in a hole, poop, or mud. Small one is even worse. All of the above applies + rusted gates to the point it is falling apart. One nudge from my dog and they will break the metal and get out or worse… an infected cut.
Parking-Convenient covered for residents but barely any for guest. Most of my guest park outside of the front gates or a 5+ min walk away.

Please fix and update the dog parks. This is a 2 day project that will bring many more residents and is far more important than updating your already nice leasing office for a month or more.

Looking for a new apartment was a stressful nightmare up until I had a tour with Camira. She was so knowledgeable and friendly, was able to fit my needs with ease. I am so grateful for the staff as a whole, so calm and quick.. it was like dealing with family. I never felt uncomfortable. Wendy and Sasha were very accommodating to my work schedule as well. Absolutely perfect!! Perfect spacious apartment with stunning views. They’re super pet friendly. Not to mention Wendy is truly amazing, she is very helpful and kind. Highly recommend her, she is an absolute blessing.
