I checked-in on Aug 30 2024. Front desk lady (from Bali) assisted me. My reserved room was not available as the property is being remodeled, so she got the Mgr. Mr. Sam T (Mr. Sam is an awesome Mgr) & they got me a better room. They were/are so very courteous, professional & a very very efficient staff. On Sunday, I wanted to extend a night, so Front desk assistant Neel was just the same, courteous, professional & efficient assisting with me keeping same room another night. Can tell that Mr. Sam has trained the Front desk staff the same way as they are very courteous, professional & attentive to the Comfort Inn guest. The room was just remodeled & was a terrific, very clean & everything worked well. I love this place, location, close to everything, gas, stores, restaurants. Dennys next door, yes!

My first experience at this hotel the room was dirty, the bedding was torn and did not appeared laundered with yellow stains. There was barely an apology. Due to the location I made a second reservation at this hotel. When I arrived to check in to my pre paid room it had been canceled. I was left without a room. The manager continued discussing this matter with me while my 2 children waited in the car- with no place to stay. There was nothing to discuss. My pre paid room was mistakenly canceled by the hotel manager. I will never recommend this hotel or make a reservation again. It is the worst service I've ever experienced.

This family run hotel is the quietest hotel I have ever been in. The staff was friendly and kind. I work for an airline and travel so much when I was booked in the room by the elevator my heart sank. I was so pleasantly surprised when I slept so soundly I almost missed my alarm. I heard no showers running, no elevator noises, not one door opening or closing. I would gratefully stay there again. I would recommend. I don’t know how other hotels have missed this point but this comfort inn has nailed it. For a completely full hotel it felt like I was the only one there. Thank you for the great night sleep.

Clean room. It was actually nice being a bit out of the city, but not too far away.
With both checking in and checking out we had exceptional service.

I am just in awe of how bad this hotel is. I wish I had read reviews on it prior to booking my stay. Would you pay $600+ to stay here for two nights? I don't expect perfection but this was on a whole different level. Between the stains on the walls and the floors, the terrible patch work and mix-matched paint, it is very obvious the owner has let this hotel go. What is even more frustrating to see is the numerous excuses he is giving to his paying customers instead of taking ownership or at least fixing the issues. By far the most disturbing part was to discover the incredibly stained blanket that was in-between the sheet and top blanket. My husband and I slept in that bed and discovered it after the fact. Thankfully we had a double queen so we could sleep in a different bed the following night. I would have preferred to leave and find a hotel elsewhere but the area was booked up for the holiday weekend. Save your money and your peace of mind by staying elsewhere!

Unfortunately this place is a dump. The location is good but the price was high. The casino down the street was booked so we ended up staying here for two nights which cost just over $600.00 for the two nights. The staff was rude, not friendly. When the front desk is not manned they place a phone there then yell at you when you use the phone, lol. The room was dirty, walls and the carpets were heavily stained. Security is an issue as well. The exterior door near our room was propped open with rocks in the door jam so the door would not lock. I kicked several rocks out of the jams however someone continued to place the rocks back. With how dirty the room was we did not even bother with the continental breakfast.

We were going to stay here but had to leave because the room had bed bugs. We were there less than 30 minutes. Three out of the four people in the room got bit. One of our kids got bit eight times in that time frame.

The carpet and bedding were stained. There was also hair on the sheets. It was gross.
