The Spark hotels by Hilton are new to the chain and this was the first time I had stayed at one. This is a quality, basic hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean - this hotel was just remodeled. The beds were very comfortable. I had a balcony room which was nice. The amenities were basic, but met my needs. The breakfast was a bagel bar with a good assortment of bagels - I like the everything bagels ?. There were also packaged muffins and yogurt available. They have a nice outdoor pool and hot tub area plus a workout room. I was not looking for a resort hotel, just a basic NICE hotel and this one fully met my needs.

Staff is very helpful, friendly, and easy to reach.
Rooms are nice, clean and feel new.
Bathrooms are new and clean.
Breakfast is bagels, yogurt, and watered down orange juice.
The reason I have 4/5 stars is the little unrefined things that separate this from a traditional Hilton. They maybe should be expected from a lower priced hotel. Door deadbolt that is sticky and hard to use, shower curtain that allows water to spray onto the bathroom floor, walls/ceiling so thin that you hear every step the people above you take.
Bring ear plugs if you don't want to be woken up by the sound of hooves walking above your head.
Overall it was a positive stay.

My 2nd time staying at this "NEW" Spark by Hilton in FOUNTAIN HILLS. Absolutely ? loved it. Mgr. Mr. Sam & wife Rupa are terrific. The staff Josh & Shawn are great CUSTOMER SERVICE Staff. Very professional & courteous. Previously known as Comfort Inn. New renovations make it beautiful stay. Hard wood floors. Glass showers. Very very clean and kept up to date. New beds, sheets, pillows and Absolutely no bugs anywhere.
Will stay again in the future.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! Staff was friendly to not only us but our dog, as well. Hotel is very clean, and all needs were met. Shout out to Josh, Sam and Rupa for going above and beyond. Thank you, Spark Hotel, for making our Christmas wonderful. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back.

BEWARE: DO NOT STAY HERE!

I had an absolutely terrible experience at Spark by Hilton, and I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this hotel. The customer service is non-existent. I was charged invalid fees, and when I reached out to management for help, they completely refused to work with me or address the issue. I even escalated the situation to Hilton corporate, and while they were appalled by the way I was treated, they couldn’t get the hotel to refund me either. It’s beyond frustrating that the hotel refuses to take responsibility or resolve the situation.

On top of the awful service, the hotel itself is old, rundown, and frankly, an embarrassment to the Hilton brand. It looks nothing like the standard you'd expect from any Hilton property.

Save yourself the frustration and disappointment—do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else! This place doesn’t care about its guests at all.

Josh, Rupa, and Sam were absolutely amazing. Very accommodating and very nice. The rooms were nice as well. We will be back just because of the staff!

Stayed here for couple days, the hotel was revamped/new management and felt new.
Great staff, breakfast was ok but for a 2 star-hotel it’s above and beyond.
Would definitely recommend, great value

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

I stayed here a few nights ago. Big mistake. While in my stay I was reading the reviews and it kept me nervous. But I kept being positive. Wrong!!!! I am writing this review because I went to the doctor because of a bad ear ache thinking I was getting sick. AND A TICK WAS TAKEN OUT OF MY EAR!!!!! YES. A TICK. It hurt so bad. Can't believe this happened to me. And btw, they are in the middle of transferring in to a different business name now Spark. It use to be Comfort Inn. Same problems SAME PLACE.

SO PLEASE. DO NOT STAY HERE. PLEASE!!!!! Go elsewhere.
