During our visit, we had the opportunity to interact with Sophia, a CNA working the floor. We felt compelled to reach out and share our sincere appreciation for her exceptional care.

Sophia went above and beyond her duties in providing support to the patient, demonstrating a level of compassion, professionalism, and dedication that truly stands out. It was evident that she genuinely cares for the well-being of those under her care, and her efforts did not go unnoticed.

Fountain Hills Post Acute has the best Staff ever! Literally the BEST Rehabilitation facility! It’s been a blessing being a part of the community here and working with the staff here. It’s been like family! Thank you guys for everything. Highly recommended!

My mom was there for 11 days and out of the 11 days, they couldn’t control my moms sugar, they would give her normal food, no diabetic food, no sugar free anything, my mom had to call me to let me know that she was not feeling well, my family dropped everything and went there, my mom was yellow, lethargic, slurring her words and was in and out of coma, they refused to call 911 on my mom, so we did, when we wanted to discharge my mom because they refused to call 911, the one nurse stated to the charge nurse “they want to discharge her and take her home” and the charge nurse said “why so she can die?” Not knowing my wife and I was standing there at the nurses station, we had mom sent to the hospital and my mom was in ICU for 16 hours, my moms room was dirty, not clean at all, they have a few staff members that was extremely nice and helpful BUT overall, it was horrible and I will NEVER recommend any of my love ones to go to this place!!! It’s a joke!!!

Fantastic place, we are so relieved for our family member who is finally on the mend.
I can’t say enough about every department
As they were always there for our family member and for us. I’ve never seen a director that greets every new arrival and family member. The entire nursing staff are true angels!!! The business staff helped us with the quagmire of insurance, (huge deal). The front desk ladies were there for a laugh, a cry/hug and help with all our questions. Admissions made the transfer easy, and the admitting nurse (Anne) calmed our patient with assurance. They also made sure our patient got food and because of the travel, offered to feed us as well. We will forever be grateful to every staff member at FH post acute for giving our family member the tools for next steps. Thank you from our hearts!

This is an excellent place to get therapy...the staff is awesome..patient..compassionate..attentive...they honestly care...food is excellent...kitchen staff is thee best...admin is thee best...excellent on every level...including laundry

The staff go above and beyond to make the experience here pleasant. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for effective treatment for their loved ones to be able to get back on their feet. The rooms are spacious, and the musical entertainment and other activities provide ample opportunities for patients to engage and socialize.
