El hotel se encuentra a solo unos pasos del estadio de los cardenales y los coyotes, toda la zona es prácticamente nueva y está rodeado de plazas restaurantes, cines y bares, también hay un outlet enfrente, las distancias es phoenix son muy grandes pero el hotel se encuentra relativamente cerca al aeropuerto,digamos a media hora sin tráfico

My insurance placed us in this hotel after we had a house fire last year and it was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. We asked to book a one bedroom and what we got was one room with a king bed and a sofa with a pull-out bed. The description given on their website specifically says that it was a "one bedroom". Call me crazy but "one bedroom", to me, means a room with a bed and a DOOR separating itself from the main living area. We explained this to the front desk after we realized we were not given the room we asked for and they blamed it on the insurance representative that booked the room for us. Then, I showed them my confirmation email that clearly says a "one bedroom suite with a kitchen" was booked. Again, they took no responsibility and said they had no other rooms available. We decided to check out after finding a hotel that could provide us with a one bedroom. As we were standing at the front desk a woman named Kimberly came out of her office and asks why I'm checking out. Once again, I politely explained that we need at least a one bedroom and that the room they had us in wasn't going to work for us, especially since we were supposed to stay for a couple weeks. She then started to become upset and said housekeeping wouldn't be able to clean the room since I was checking out late. She then asks if I was going to a house or another hotel. Not sure why it was any of her business but I did tell her that it was a hotel. I was really caught off guard by her attitude, especially when I was very nice to her. I went out to the parking lot where my partner was waiting for me and asked him to go speak with her to make sure there weren't any issues. So he goes inside and I follow behind him. He goes to Kimberly's office and asks her if there are any issues. She then becomes even nastier and accuses me of getting an attitude with her and also accuses me of blaming her for not being placed in the room we had asked for. To me, it wasn't about who was to blame, it was simply about the room not working for us because we needed a bedroom with a door. She was so rude and I couldn't believe the way she spoke to me. I explained that my house caught on fire and I was going through an insanely difficult time and that I didn't appreciate the way she was treating me. She had absolutely no tact at all and provided the absolute worst customer service I have ever received, especially given our unfortunate circumstances. I will never set foot in this hotel again. Shame on you Kimberly, you are the rudest person I have ever met in my life!

We stayed at this property for New Years Eve. There key card system locked everyone in the hotel out of their room for over 3 hours. The front desk staff was not helpful at all. We will never stay there again. And seeing I booked this room on a 3rd party site, I had to still pay full price

I stayed in an extended stay room. Single room, bed, desk, kitchen, etc. The room was nice, it was missing a shelf and the tile was cracked in the bathroom. The front desk was very helpful with any issues and recommended where to eat. The gym and pool are shared with the SpringHill Suites.

I've been here 2 days so far for work training. I've had interaction with 3 staff at the front desk and the interaction has been amazing. I'm here for 12 more days I'm sure I'll get to know them by name. But yeah. My experience has been great so far. Nice clean queit comfortable room. Pretty much fully furnished besides groceries of course lol. I sleep well and it makes it way easier being away from home so long.. The name I do remember though is Adam. Young kid I met was doing his duties vacuuming the halls and such. I just stopped him to leave a note I needed the garbage out because I opted out of housecleaning a few days. Instead of making note of if for someone else to do he broke his route and was hospitable and handled it himself. Pronto. Best attitude I would hire him in a second back home but not many people want to move to north dakota. Everything I see the kid he's working. No phone or any of that

Reserved a 1 bedroom suite with a kitchenette for one night. Quick check in with an informative clerk who advised me of the breakfast times and location, pool and gym amenities, and where to park that would be most convenient to my room location. It is those little things that really make a difference. Her pleasant and welcoming demeanor was refreshing. So many times, I've checked into hotels where the front desk interaction was merely an exchange of credit card and key card.

The room was a decent size and clean with TVs in the living room and bedroom. Thr bathroom was large and water was hot in the shower, although not as pressurized as I would have really enjoyed. Most importantly, the bed was comfortable and the AC worked. Corridor noise was non-existent and I was able to get a good night's sleep.
