Helpful professional front desk staff. nice room with up to date kitchenette. Great location.. next door to nature interpretive center and beautiful nature trail, across street from very nice Supermarket, and right in center of town. Cons: Would have appreciated after hours coffee/tea service in lobby. And cleaning staff could have been less in-your-face. But overall a very positive experience.

Great location next to bishops beach with access as well as the marine welcome center that is free. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. They offer tea and coffee but no breakfast. Added breakfast would be a plus. But overall great ? plus dog friendly with a potty area on the side of the hotel. It did however run out of poop bags! So when staff reads this please stay on top of that as some owners began to leave their dogs poop.

Staff at check in desk were professional and helpful. Location in downtown Homer excellent. Being 10 minutes drive to the Spit was just right. Restaurants in Homer a bit sparse. Major grocery store across street from Aspen Hotel. Kitchen facilities and utensils were just right for 2 - 4 people. Very little street sounds. Would stay here again. Highly recommend.

This was a great hotel to stay at! It had a walking trail on property leading to Bishop Beach. I spend days and hours walking along the beach. The large suite had a kitchen which made it convenient to eat at the hotel. It is right across the street from a grocery store and an easy walk to many restaurants. I'd stay here again in my next trip to Homer, Alaska!

The check in person was great. I was looking for a restaurant near by and he was so helpful, even gave suggestions on what to order.

Morning staff was equally great. The housekeeping was amazing and the rooms were very clean!
