Most disappointing military lodging experience in over 30 years of being a Navy wife. The room was okay, but so not worth the rate that they are charging. In 4 days of stay, our room was never serviced by housekeeping, leaving us with overflowing trash cans and no replacement towels. Sheets and duvet were so small that they didn’t even cover the mattress, like they were a size too small. That left me freezing the first night, to the point that I had to get my own comforter the next day just to have covers. No wifi, so had to use my phone as a hotspot to use computer. No vending machines, exchange is closed on Sundays, and no nearby places to get snacks/beverages, so I was drinking tap water and melted ice from the machine. Also used the same cups for 4 days because again, NO HOUSEKEEPING. Short version: this is not like a Navy Lodge, very much no-frills barracks. Will not stay again.

Nice and compact. No bugs! Room serves its purpose for a quick weekend getaway. 15 mins from Midtown ATL. Great restaurants right outside the gate. Try Marietta Diner!

Excellent location at a great price. Staff was really nice and the rooms were as well. 10 mins from Cumberland Mall and 20 minutes from Downtown Atlanta.

Room is alright. Currently $114 a night, definitely not a value for the price. They have laundry available, but they’re cashless at the front desk though, so no way to get quarters. Key card system is pretty broke, had to get mine reset 5 times in 3 days. Small fitness center in the side building has enough space for some cardio and mats which is very nice since the base gym is nowhere nearby. Right by the consolidated club, was here for 4 days and never saw it open.

Staff was very polite and helpful, and the room was clean, although a little beat up.

The front desk workers are very nice and rooms are cleaned great.

However, housekeeping workers aren’t ethical. I came to my room after my shift to a clean room. I get a knock on the door from housekeeping and she says that she thought I left until she checked the closet and realized my things were in there. She told me to make sure all my items were in my room still. I wasn’t too sure at first why she would ask me to check so I said everything is good then she left.

A few minutes later, I realized my charger is missing! So I go to find her & tell her my charger is missing and to my amazement she had my charger right in her pocket and handed it to me like she wasn’t going to steal it!! As I’m walking away she tells me to make sure that’s the only thing that has been taken… like what else could have possibly been taken?!? Very unprofessional. Im now paranoid to even leave my items around housekeeping.

The room at the base lodging was comfortable and the staff were consistently friendly and polite. The location of the hotel was also convenient. While I understand that base lodging typically offers limited services, such as light room servicing and replenishing of toiletries, I was disappointed that my room was not serviced even once during my recent five-day stay. Despite my efforts to indicate my preference for room servicing by placing the "please service" sign on my door for the final two days of my stay, the room remained unattended to. I washed my own towels in the evening, took out my garbage, and kept my area clean. My only other complaint would be that the water pressure in shower is very low, and in the sink it's even lower pressure (could not shave using sink). I lied, one more gripe, the shower has no door, so as soon as you turn off the shower be ready for a cold breeze.

Affordable, good location, and friendly staff. The room served it’s purpose; however, the bottom of the mattress was disgusting. I always check the floor & blankets to make sure I leave nothing behind. I didn’t expect to see how stained the mattress was, gross.
