Was there for summer ‘18 in room 101. Best room in the motel!! Parking spots right out front of rooms. Met some good people.

There are bedbugs. And cockroaches. And we had a huge leaking hole in the bathroom.

But we were thankful for the roof over our dogs and us.

Mush Inn room where I stay in 110 I can't barely breath in that room cuz of Mellow and mold smell nasty make me nauseous all days in 2 days I'll never want go back there until they need improvement building inside for customers sleep in it.. it's kinda expensive for bad rotton smell mold , bed bug, roaches, ticks in there I couldn't believe. I should have taken lawyer for suing them that they make me can't breath in 2 or 3 days after I could have end up hospital if stay in other 3 or 4 days.. sigh i am homeless there's no other motel like mush inn that who work there they are friendly peoples but we need support fix up in mush inn for future.. just saying

Do not stay here. Do not stay here. Do not stay here. This place has bed bugs. BED BUGS!!! BED BUGS!!! BED BUGS!!! COCKROACHES. MICE. I WILL DEMAND MY MONEY BACK IN THE MORNING. When you go to a motel away from your home you believe you will be safe and secure. Not here .loud neighbors rude staff and no security. I live in the bush with bears and wolves I'm safer there then here.. people I suggest that you save your money and go somewhere else. I only came here because of the wet snow storm I got stuck in I can't believe this is acceptable. The city should remove the license for this to be a motel and the building condemned after being treated so they don't spread to neighbors and other business. When you stay here and get eaten alive when they know they have a problem is criminal. It like going to the bank and paying for them to rob you. Why is this allowed and tolerated. When you are lied to about security it is criminal and they should be closed and another company who cares and provides better safe and sanitary service should be allowed. The city should condemn this motel. To think that because I was bitten by the bed bug adults and that they can lay upto 1000 eggs a day each one can do that. I can't figure out how to add a picture to this review of these conditions. Even the electrical panel on the wall is old burnt to the point of the plastic melted. I do electrical work for a living and this is very unsafe in every way. Really the city should condemn this building before it causes someone thier life. How have we stepped back in the barbaric heathen days, to where this is acceptable. I say this place doesn't deserve any star rating 0 is mine, but I can't leave one the site won't allow it. SAY AWAY FROM HERE ITS BAD BEYOND WORDS DESCRIPTION. Really the city should condemn this business. I wonder how much they pay to bribe the inspectors in anchorage city hall. Upon looking at the previous reviews there is no way this can be denied.

Our family member died there and we immediately told them we were coming to gather the personal belongings when we arrived they were rude and said they put everything in the dumpster

Honestly I would give this place 0 stars if it was possible. Please please PLEASE do not stay here. They had cockroaches on the floor and in the walls, yes, in. There were holes in the walls and floor and even the ceiling. The tub was rusted to heck with a hole in it that revealed the ground underneath it. The Only window did not close all the way and the toilet didn't flush. The sheets and blankets were scratchy and thin. The carpet was burned And stained. When we'd gone to sleep (on top of the blankets) the carpet was clean (as in nothing on the ground) and woke up to a chicken bone and stale bread on the floor meaning something probably a rat or mouse had gotten into our room. Not to mention the door latch was broken. And I'm from a mostly poor family and this was my first hotel room experience ever but even i was disgusted.

Very friendly staff and good service. Not a place to stay for long if you can help it, just better than being homeless. We did have an infestation problem with mice or rats idk which and rouches. Thankfully my room didn't have bedbugs like others, they did let us check the beds beforehand though. Cable TV great and internet was decent.

Horrible service, prices WAY too high for rooms with NO TOWELS, HOLES IN DOORS AND ROACHES ALL OVER. DISGUSTING.
