This place is nasty. When you walk in it smells straight up like weed. There is roaches crawling in the hallways. The stairs have smushed chips in the carpet. Our room was hot as the air didn't work. I went and told the front desk that our air wasn't working and they had someone come look at it but didn't fix it. Their pool wasn't open which was the main reason for my booking in the first place. Just all around the worst hotel I have stayed in by far. I would only recommend this hotel if it was a dire emergency but other than that I wouldn't recommend it at all. Also they won't give you refund if you like book the whole weekend and only stay one night and check out before check out time as this is happening to me.

This is one of the worst hotel I have been in dull and dingy gave me a room already occupied on 2nd floor move me to 1st which I appreciate because stairs are hard for me to do, bed covers old and worn,the room had roaches everythig old and musty smelling stayed 3days told the manger I was leaving and wanted be reimbursed for the days left which was 4 she said she didn't think it would be a problem. When the owner got there she told him what was happening they had words but he did give me part of my money back but not enough for the nightmare I went through don't waste your time and money on this hotel not worth it. I was there for my granddaughter's graduation She told me look for another hotel I told her this was no 5 start but it would do boy I was wrong. My plan is to come back in two years for my grandson's graduation not what the website protray it to be.I will not be staying here.

The people in the front is very rude tried to call the police on these teens because they “looked like the had guns” these ppl are very raciest…. DONT STAY HERE

Horrible experience. Building smelled moldy. No trash can in bathroom. Shower had no place to put soap or shampoo. I had to balance my personal soap container and soap on the handicap hand bar. One set of towels per person, no extra. NO HOT WATER in shower. Our friends had only one set of towels and no remote for tv. Terrible experience.

Stayed here a couple of nights prior to pcsing. Need to reach them to get a receipt for stay and impossible to reach. The listed number doesn't work.

Aside from that rooms are okay and spacious, at least the one my family I had. You get what you pay for.

Honestly my only issue is contacting them.

☹️ Needs a lot of updating and cleaning. Sketchy people around the building. Room was dirty and damaged. Bathroom was dirty, smoke detector from ceiling pulled out, grime on walls and smelled like stale cigarettes, bed was dirty with stains and pull out couch had no sheets and mattress was all stained with “ I really don’t want to know”. ? Lady at check in was very nice.

Stayed here as a stopover on our way back to Panama City Beach after thanksgiving and for the price, it wasn’t bad. So we booked a room for a stopover on our way back the day after Christmas. Booked a king suite, thinking it would be better. Checked in to our room, dirty linens, sock beside bed, musty, but ok good price just stopping to break up the drive. There were two tvs, and like last time, no remotes. Went to desk , lady was nice and tried several times. After multiple tries, no remote worked. We said No worries, going to go out for supper. Assured us when we get back would be taken care of. Get back, No better, then realized power cords were missing to tv. By that time I was on trip advisor looking for a room. After a cockroach crawled across the counter we booked a room at Holiday Inn down the road! Left the keycard on front desk as no one was there, lost the money for the room, but at least we can sleep tonight! Horrible hotel!
