From checking in and checking out the management team and staff were amazing. One morning a staff member went upstairs and got ice for me because the machine I was trying to use was out. (she even took the stairs) The hotel was extremely clean and had a nice smell. My room was very nice and the prices were fair. Starla and John were so nice. I will be adding this location to my choice list for when I come back to the area. I highly recommend !!

Stayed one night 12-10-24. Room 208. Unfriendly check in person that night & another unfriendly one at the a.m. check out. The bathroom sink is broken into pieces. ( not just cracked) . There was a dirt ring around the bath tub. We never said a word about anything & moved across the street to the Hilton. Do your self a favor and pass this one up.

My Family and I stayed one night as we were passing through to FL. Upon checking in, I believe his name os John at the front desk did a wonderful job. Customer service was great. He accommodated us really well. I don't have any complaints. The hotel it's self was clean and smelled good. However the rooms were stuffy as I have asthma so I noticed it quick. But overall I will recommend people here. The staff were very professional. Thanks for a good night's stay.

We got there and lady at front desk was great, really nice. Had to pay a deposit of 50. Got to the room and it smelled of mold and wet dog. We held the door open and aired it out for a sec. Something are my legs up in the bed at night. Had like 6-7 bites on my ankles and legs when I woke up. The tub was all cracked up and we almost left as soon as we checked in. My child threw up in the bathroom floor. He is intolerant of dairy and ended up getting some and got sick. So we had no other way to clean it up except a hotel towel. So upon checkout we went to get the deposit back and the receptionist- different person -guy, said he had to check the room. He came back and he said what was that smell when he went in. And we told him. And he said no that's feces. And you used one of our towels to wipe it up. So he kept $10 out of our deposit and that was fine. But his attitude towards me and my husband was rude and I don't think I've been this disrespected ever. I mean I understand he had to keep the $10 bucks but the attitude wasn't necessary. We stayed may 23/24 2024. Will never stay again! Ever. Beware! There were also roaches in the room. And the tub had a slime on it. And I hope the slime was cleaner but it didn't smell to clean.

Fantastic!! I highly recommend this hotel. My family and I have traveled to the Madison/Huntsville area for work for the last 10 years. We have stayed in a wide variety of accommodations in the area. The Clarion in Madison is by far the best hotel we have stayed. The hotel is exceptionally clean! I am picky clean and check every thing upon check in. Never once have had any issues with the cleanliness of our rooms. The staff is amazing as well. They are helpful, kind, and considerate. We will return and use this hotel for all incoming employees who need lodging accommodations.

Let me start by saying that this place was super clean. With the service being fantastic. The lady at front desk Starla was amazing. She went out of her way to make sure we were good. And that meant alot!! And the rooms smells nice and everything was super clean. I honestly didn't wanna leave that comfy bed. Thanks yall. For a great stay.❤️
