Wasn't very pleased with the way that the owners and staff treated me and my friends and family. We were treated like a couple of kids who needed very close supervision. We were not allowed to have any guests or company to stop by or visit. They advised us that if we had any visitors in our room that we would be asked to leave the premises and wouldn't get a refund for any reason

The absolute rudest people either own or work at this place. I would never stay in the dump to begin with, however I was completely disturbed by their behavior tonight when i pulled into the parking lot to turnaround after leaving the fair and encountered them knocking on my window screaming at me to to leave or pay $5 . Crazy horrible greedy people! Totally Unacceptable behavior.

I would give it no stars if I could. Bed bugs. Roaches. Drugs. Partying late night. Indians are very rude. Bed sheets and towels are filthy. It just wasn't a great experience. If they would it let consider renovation I may give it a better rating. However their rudeness, especially the wife of the man named Sam is very impolite.

Its the best deal for your money I guess. I really get annoyed with the $5 fee for a remote controller to the t.v.; Otherwise you cant watch t.v.. Its quiet and an easy find for an affordable priced room.

The check in went very smoothly, but when I went to the room, before I even got out of my truck, an old man started waving his arms for me to stop, asking me where I was starting, not things that are rude, he just food it rudely. Had more issues with the same man the next morning. Won't be staying again because of him

The room was Nast to the point you would not want to sleep the bathroom and area had paint fallen from ceiling the tub had cigarette burns all over. Carpet was not vaccume properly and Tv didn't work along with the phone it didn't either

FALSE! The worst experience I've ever had....I would not be surprised that any of the other reviews were fake profiles or they must have been posted in the early 90s. I asked for a single which is listed for 50 dollars , they insisted that none were available and that I had to RENT a double for 65$ plus 5$ for remote, plus 1$ for any extra toilet paper or soap. The advertising says " microwave...mine was in pieces and didn't work at all, Tv and cable had shorts in the wiring and only worked for 3 minutes at a time before returning to STATIC. They advertised That the rooms had mini fidges ....FALSE! Mine didn't even have one. I asked if they could accommodate me by bringing one in or moving me to another room, "Nope" they refused and stated that these are no refunds , so if I RENT another room, I would have to pay for that room too. So the 45 dollars worth of food I just bought had to be thrown away. No way to keep it cold, No way to cook it, No way to eat it. Ciggaret burns and stains in the sheets and comforters, a very stale smell, as if beer had been soaked into the stained dingy dirty carpets. The management went voice and beyond to rudely refuse my concerns, complaints and did nothing to accommodate me as a consumer . And seemed unconcerned if I would ever be a repeat customer. Then to make matters beyond unacceptable, two of my friends who live localy near by felt bad about the ordeal I was experiencing and decided to bring me a pizza since I couldn't cook the food brought. As they were walking in the door I noticed the manager and an employee running towards me and he aggressively shouted " Hey, who are these people and what are they doing here"? I replied, they are my friends they are bringing me food because I can't cook mine... He then rudely stated that my friends had to leave because that have a sign in the front office that says "No visitors" I sign I never seen , and if I would have , I would NOT have rented the room at that motel. I would have rented down the road at the Regency or somewhere else if I had known how bad this was going to turn out. He then added, if they stay more than a few minutes that I would have to pay 65 $ per person! My friends were so insulted and offended, they immediately left. I was insulted, humiliated, offended, angry as Hell! How could anyone run a business so carelessly and rudely offensive towards the customers concerns and careless about the lack of accommodations and broken appliances that the customers payed for They were very intrusive and blatantly looking for any way to charge more and more money. I would recommend renting a jail cell at Elmore County Correctional facility before I could ever suggest this place as even your Last option. Plastic mattress's , plumbing issues, bad wiring , fire hazards , those are your Luxurys . DO NOT GET SCAMMED BY THESE INDIVIDUALS!
