You get what you pay for. This was my 3rd stay. Don't expect luxury, just a place to sleep. But it's clean, safe, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable enough for me, kind of firm but not too much so that it hurts my back. Pillows are comfy. I do suggest bringing your own wash cloth and towel because theirs are kind of old and thin. But I tend to do this no matter where I travel. This was my 3rd stay with them and I'll be booking again.

Room was overpriced and smelled stale and moldy. Ice machine was broken.. Wifi broken. Less than half a roll of toilet paper provided. Bathroom door was broken as if it was kicked in. The main door was broken and you could only keep it locked with the deadbolt. The carpet was extremely dirty and old. And we were forced to leave out earlier than the posted checkout time of 11 a.m.

This is, above and beyond, the worst place I've ever stayed. The room was filthy and the bathroom was covered in mold. The wifi was "out of service" but no discount was given. Even worse than that was the owners/staff. I was abruptly stopped at the ice machine and told I was limited to one bucket day. They also told me to reuse my towels for multiple days. I went to the front window to ask for toilet paper, which they gave me, then they directed me to their janitor closet to retrieve a vacuum. I was told to clean my own room. "Make sure it's clean." I could go on for days but they are not worth any more of my time.

We booked a room for 1 night and the room seemed clean until I pulled the bedspread back from the top sheet and there were bed bugs, thankfully I caught it before we decided to lay down for the night.
There is a sign on the wall by the office that says no pets you don't have to bring any they have their own and they don't charge you for them.
We left there and went to a different hotel that someone left a review of saying that this hotel had bedbugs I think they got their hotels mixed up cause this one ( Oyo ) is spotless and I checked the beds before I bought any of our stuff in

I asked for more than two towels and one wash cloth for two people and the owner argued only two towels and bring wash cloth to get another wash cloth. Thank God I had my own towels. White towels were stained. If you are wanting a cheap motel this is it!

The owner is extremely rude and the rooms are outdated and stale but they still charge the same as most 2 star hotels. You will not be allowed to have any visitors without being confronted by the owner who is going to say they have to leave or he will call the police. I would understand if the visitors were disorderly but it's not just about that, he doesnt want any visitors period.
