Great choice for a unique property near the PS Art Museum. Basic accommodations with a nice continental breakfast. Comfortable beds, quiet and very friendly staff. The resort is broken into different areas and there are two poolside areas. The quieter areas are on lawns and there are historic units as well. The $15 room credit enable me to have a HH cocktail! Overall I would saty again.

Given the price and hype our experience was way less than anticipated. The Casa Cody is austere at best! No towel racks or hooks in the bathroom, 4 clothes hangers to the closet/ nook. The clothing nook has a cabinet within that precludes hanging anything close to full length…like pants, or even a jacket. It’s as if everything from the most basic is a treasure of some sort! The breakfast buffet is exceptionally simple but adequate. However, over the three days that we were there spoons were unavailable! When I asked, I was told “we’re out of spoons”. How do you like eating granola and milk with a knife or fork? In the evening , one of our party ordered a Martini. When it was being prepared he realized the “bar person” was making it without ice in the shaker…..yes, she was shaking gin and vermouth in a shaker WITHOUT ICE. When questioned, the response was that the recipe didn’t call out adding ice. Our adjacent room was occupied by a late night TV watcher….which is fine if you’re so disposed but the thin walls made it so we were listening as well. And finally, our room’s lighting was inadequate….that is, too dim to read or see clearly. Finally, believe it or not, I am not usually a complainer, but this experience warranted a sharing.

We just returned from a stay at Casa Cody. I didn’t want to leave! It was beyond our expectations. Everything was perfect! The hotel is beautiful, tranquil, clean and well maintained!
Although, shopping and restaurants are just steps away, the property is quiet and peaceful. I am already looking forward to returning.

This was our third time staying at Casa Cody, and while we’ve loved our past visits, this one was unfortunately disappointing.||To start, we were put in a room that was unbearably hot and stuffy—so bad that my partner felt claustrophobic, and we had to ask for another room. Thankfully, we were moved to a nicer, more charming spot by the pool, but the issues didn’t stop there.||I requested maid service for 11 a.m. at check-in, and the front desk said it was no problem. However, no one came to clean the room at any point—no knock, no service, nothing—despite us being out for most of the day. Later, while we were napping before dinner, we were woken up by someone knocking on our door to deliver an IV for a guest named "Rachel." Totally bizarre. When I asked about the maid service, the person seemed confused, said they’d check, but nothing came of it.||Sleeping at night was another challenge. The patio lights stayed on all night and caused a ton of light to bleed into our room, which was super disruptive. I mentioned this to the front desk, but nothing was done. To make things worse, the mattress in our room was sagging and uncomfortable—definitely something that should be looked into. Between the lights and the mattress, it felt like sleep was impossible.||On top of all that, the Roku TV didn’t work. It wouldn’t connect to the internet, and while the staff on the text line tried to help, it wasn’t fixed, and it was too late to send anyone to the room. Lastly, I noticed the amenity fee we were charged was much higher than what we booked, which was frustrating.||When I brought these issues up at check-out, the front desk staff asked if I had any feedback. I explained most of the above, and they said someone from management would follow up. It’s been days, and I haven’t heard from anyone.||Casa Cody has always been a special place for us, and we’ve had amazing stays before, but this one really missed the mark. I’m sharing this in hopes the issues can be addressed and future stays—ours included—can return to the great experiences we’ve come to expect.

Boutique gem of a hotel within walking distance of almost everything Palm Springs has to offer, from restaurants to museums. Large, comfortable rooms, great staff and quiet. You can’t go wrong with this choice. Service is excellent and grounds are delightful.

Bed was not comfortable at all. Room did not feel private.. we had to have the curtains closed the whole time or else you could see straight in at every angle. Staff seemed super annoyed ? like they couldn't wait for us to leave..? weird vibe. We spent so much money wish we stayed somewhere else. The breakfast was awful. I got up at 7:30 for coffee and it was already cold? very mediocre. would never go back. disappointing.
