We came to Palm Springs for a gymnastics meet - my husband, my daughter and I. It is important to have a safe, quiet place with enough room for us and a kitchen (we don't like to go out before competitions). This was awesome!!! It was a roomy, they brought a blow up bed for us, and the kitchen had everything. It was very quiet. We were lucky and our room was ready for early check in. The location was in a part of old Palm Springs that made for beautiful walks just outside our door. Close to everything. The price was a little high, IMHO, but it is what the market will bear - everything is high in Palm Springs in the winter. The little pool area was fun. Thank you!

Great location at the north end of downtown within walking distance to the shorts, restaurants and some pubs. Cutely decorated and funky ambience, but the room was dirty and housekeeping during our stay didn’t help improve anything. There were never any pool towels left when we used the hot tub.

Very central location. Beautiful apartment rooms. We also had a back yard terrace with sun loungers. ||We were offered free margaritas on arrival - possibly the best check in perk I’ve ever had. ||Very friendly staff. Simple and quick check in. Pool and hot tub with 24 hour access.||Great cocktail bar right next door.||Cannot fault this place. We loved it!

They didn't even give me a refund and charged me another cancellation fee. I received an email saying there would be a solution, but there was no news again.

I'm posting a cancellation confirmation mail and a cancellation fee of $160.

I promised a full refund and paid 160 dollars for the cancellation fee, but now I'm talking about something else.
What do you mean you'll give me back a day's worth as if you were generous?
I will update it every day until you give me a full refund.

I'm leaving a review for the first time in my life.
It was a dreamy Thanksgiving family vacation, but it remains a nightmare until now.
The fact that the room changed just before check-in, the fact that the hotel staff could not be in good contact, and the fact that they don't take it seriously even if cockroaches come out.
I asked for a room exchange because of the children, but it was not accepted, so I couldn't spend my vacation properly looking for another hotel, and I promised a refund, but I still lost contact a month later.
I even paid for the cancellation fee, but it didn't cancel, and I couldn't contact you.
If it doesn't matter if cockroaches come out, use this hotel...

Friends recommended this little gem! It absolutely screams Palm Springs and the rooms have everything you need! Close enough to walk downtown. The staff is great and the beds are comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi are also a lot of fun! Highly recommend it!

In the Old Las Palmas area. Have stayed here before, and it's a lovely boutique, older Palm Springs Hotel/condo rental place. It's quirky midmod vibe is awesome. We live in a midcentury home in Portland, so this felt so familiar! I always book a mountainvew room, upper floor if possible. The views are lovely, and your balcony is private. The hotel is fairly quiet. The pool is the perfect temp, with view of the mountain. Hot tub was awesome at night. It's open 24hrs. Pool floaties available as well as a cute little putting green. The rooms have small kitchens with larger fridges, stove/oven, dishes, Keurig coffee makers, and a super fancy amazing shower, with multiple heads. However, figuring out how they work takes a bit. Water consistent. It's a contactless check-in, but they do have an office near the pool. Very responsive to texts, overall. Jose in the office was terrific. Since I asked about extending my stay while there, he accomodated me and even gave me a discount (weekdays). Norma in housekeeping was thorough and thoughtful. Perfect location, short walk to downtown and all the Palm Spring stuffs, including the Marilyn statue, Art Museum, tons of cute shops and eateries. This place would be great for parties, couples, kids family stays as well. |My only cons: the pool was a bit dirty, dirt around the edges, but of course the day I check out the pool peeps were there cleaning. The faucets in the kitchen were a bit moldy (I stayed in one room for part of my stay, and another for the other half due to extending my stay), the shower heads could use a good cleaning. I would tear that carpet out and go with laminate. There is some noise from the frequent life flight helicopters coming in to the medical center across the street, but that really didn't bother me much; nice to know the hospital was close! |Highly recommend this little gem of a place. Will be back!

The man working the front desk was absolutely delightful and set the tone for our weekend off perfectly! Our room was fantastic. Everything was really fun to look at, especially the view. The only minor complaint I have is the mattress could do with being flipped as with all memory foams the edges just get a bit lower than the middle and sort of tip you out. Probably because all of the outlets are on one side of the bed instead of on both to balance out which side people sleep on. But the mattress was still perfectly comfortable enough to sleep in you just had to scoot more to the middle. The golf club and balls to do the pitch and putt out front and the swans in the pool are just excellent small touches that make it feel that bit extra. Definitely will recommend

Shoshana was the best person I’ve ever met when booking a stay. My apologies for the super late review, I stayed here back in September. The first night I checked in pretty late due to travel delays, which I had problems with getting inside the room. Although Shoshana responded very quickly and helped me out with the code within minutes. The shower was so amazing, five heads? where are you finding that at? only at The Twist! My favorite part is that the pool is open 24hours, I was able to go for a night swim after checking in, which was so peaceful and quiet. The next morning I decided I wanted to stay another night, I would say upgrading to the Presidential suite was the best decision I made. Both rooms decorations were super cute and fun, I truly enjoyed every minute of my stay at The Twist, I have absolutely nothing bad to say at all. It's super close to plenty of food and anything that you need. There's a bar right next door thats also nice, and no you won't have to worry about noise from the bar. Also downtown Palm Springs is not far at all, maybe 7-10m. I will most definitely be back to stay. I truly appreciate Shoshana for all of her help and her beautiful soul for making my birthday so special! Thank you!🫶🏾
