Just received my shipment of solar equipment from RESsupply. First time purchase and couldn't be happier with the savings, free UPS shipping and speed. I had seen reviews that spoke to the lack of ability to directly speak to a customer service representative and that they could take up to two days to respond to an order and that's what my experience was. Other than the automatic order received response, 2 days later I got the verification that the parts were on hand and the next day they were shipping. Three days later they arrived UPS. Packaged well with plenty of padding. I price checked NAZ and even with a 5% coupon they were almost $100.00 more. I could have saved even more if I had elected a bank draft and avoided the credit card costs but being a first time buyer I wanted the peace of mind that a credit card dispute would incur if things were not on the up and up. No worries there. Anyways very satisfied customer.

I haven't had a problem in the past getting a hold of someone on the phone when I had a question. But for the most part, I know what I need, and their fantastic website design makes it very easy to find exactly what I want. Sure, some other places might have slightly lower prices on modules and inverters, but the competition's selection is lacking for BoS (balance of system) components; so when you have to order from 3 different places just to complete an install, the shipping fees and frustration just aren't worth it. Ressupply on the other hand has a great selection, and saves me time with an easy to use website, and money with flat rate shipping. Things like being able to quickly look up detailed specs and download user/install manuals on just about every product they sell, so I can read the fine print and make sure something will fit my need saves SO much time.

Very clean and easy to use website. Lowest prices I could find on the net for my self-installed 5.88kW solar build. Shipping was fast, high quality products. They may not answer phone calls and emails immediately, but they have always responded within 24 hours, which I deem as reasonable. Their responses showed their high level of experience with their products. I would have no problem using them again, and have recommended them to others as well.

Best price on the batteries I needed for my solar system. Low cost shipping, and prompt receipt of my order. Only recommendation- have a better way of contacting customer service. Phone calls went unanswered (but emails were fine)

Found RES Supply through a google search looking for one place that had all of the parts I was looking for. It narrowed down to RES fairly quick. They have a large selection to choose from. Their prices are pretty good, and their customer service is excellent. They communicated updates about my order regularly and were very helpful in the selection process. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

They sure don't answer their phone. I was trying to speak with someone about buying 2 SMA Sunnyboy 5.0 inverters. Never could get anyone after several attempts. Must be 1 person working there. Good to know this in advance so I would know the support level (NONE) in case I had an issue.

I think if you can't get someone at a business easily, don't order. You'll regret it.
