I highly recommend Aegis! They took such great care of my mom over the past year, providing a warmth and caring environment. My mom didn't participate in many events however, the caring staff stopped in and spent time talking with her. A special shout out to Ron, Lisa, Beatrice, and Josephine who when out of their way to care for my mom. But everyone from the front office staff, kitchen staff, and maintenance crew all have a welcoming smile on their face. If you're looking for a place for your relative I would suggest visiting Aegis and you'll see for yourself what a great environment it truly is.

I highly recommend Aegis Living Shadowridge. My 97 year old mom moved into memory care 5 months ago. Our experience thus far has been above expectations. I chose Aegis for her after touring quite a few communities, due to the caring and knowledgeable director and staff. They have created a loving atmosphere and their actions live up to their words. For the first time since my mom’s decline became evident, I feel we have a functioning team supporting us as a family. Their care staff pays loving attention to the residents. They get to know each individual and tailor their care and schedule to meet individual needs. I am so thankful for the flexibility and problem solving skills in the memory care unit. My mom is contented there and I love seeing her smile when a staff member comes to greet her or give her a hand. I feel that Aegis will be there to help us deal with the daunting challenge of advancing age with dementia.

If you are looking for an Assisted Living place for a loved one I would highly recommend Aegis. My aunt lived here for the past 4 years. I was very judicious in where I placed her after she suffered an injury that required her to have more care than I could provide. I choose the right place! The staff is very dedicated and caring for the residents.
The facility itself is top-notch. It's incredibly clean, and the decor is lovely. There are plenty of rooms and various spaces for residents to enjoy different activities. They have a great activities program with lots of stimulation, music, activity and socialization.
If you're looking for a retirement home where your loved ones will be treated like family and have a comfortable, beautiful environment to live in, I highly recommend this place.

The entire care team at Aegis Shadowridge was amazing! From the start, they were accommodating and friendly, welcoming my mother into all the activities they could in the brief amount of time she was there. My mother needed a facility that was going to care for her needs as they arose. When she moved in, nobody thought, her family, nor the care team, that she would require the extended amount of assistance she did as her decline happened so suddenly. They were there at every move tending to her needs to ensure the comfort my mother needed and the support we, as her family, needed. The caregivers, nurses, med techs, activity coordinators, chefs, and facility managers were all kind and compassionate, thinking and acting on the people first principle. I could not be more thankful for their care, concern, and diligence in allowing my mother’s last few days with us to be so integrated, empathetic, and meaningful. I highly recommend the staff and care team at Aegis. Thank you again for all that you do!

In the few weeks that my wife has been at Aegis I’ve been so impressed by the caring professionalism of the staff. Her caregivers respond promptly to her and provide whatever comfort she needs. The food is very good with a varied menu. Dustin Banks and his medical team are clinically astute and adept at managing complex medical situations. We came to Aegis because of its outstanding reputation for excellence and we have not been disappointed.
