My mother in law just moved into this beautiful facility. I have to say that my husband and I are so pleased with everything this place has to offer. She is staying on the independent living wing here. It does offer assisted living also if needed.

They offer lunch and dinner at an amazing restaurant and the apartments are perfect for the residents here. Not to big yet not to small. They offer guest rooms if a family member wants to visit also.

They have great activities such as bingo and have happy hour. They also have a theater room if you want to watch a movie also.

The staff has not only been great with her but also very kind and patient through out the whole process.

I highly recommend this facility.

I come here often to visit a friends grandparents and the place is always full of life and has so many great people working here. From activities with Julie to maintenance director bill to the executive director, Sheryl who is extremely involved in the community and lovely. I recommend this community to anyone who wants to spend their golden years in an amazing community.

This is by far the best place for my mom to be. 1. The staff is great 2. The food is the best 3. The residence are friendly, caring and helpful. This place is like one big happy family (staff and residence). My mother moved in February of this year and LOVES it here. Her friends come to visit and want to stay. They live in the east coast. They are jealous of her with the way she is treated and cared for. The activities they have are great. Overall this is the best.

We just collaborated with our mom in placing her at Ocean Hills and are pleased with the joint decision. It’s for independent living (not an assisted living residence although there is an affiliated such wing adjacent). Most of the residents appear to be in their 70s and 80s, although one gentleman seemed our age (60s ish).

Lunch and dinner are provided in a restaurant, which doesn’t feel at all institutional— more like a higher end diner or casual neighborhood place.

The apartments are fine. I stayed overnight as a trial. It was simple but, for a one bedroom, spacious.

The activities are engaging. A pianist played popular (older) songs when I was there. She was very good. The residents seemed fully absorbed.

So far, after a few weeks, I’m a big fan. I’d hope for similar when I’m less able to get around.

Partnering side by side with Ocean Hills has shown to deserve 5 stars! When you enter this community you feel the happy energy. Residents sitting in the front and in the lobby happy! The care staff are truly caring and know the residents and families. Thank you Sheryl and the

My friend’s mom lives here and the place looks like a 5star hotel and the food is top quality. My friends mom is treated with the best staff and care. The activities are great. They have pickle ball, happy hour, bingo and so on. All I can say is it is the best. Can’t wait to retire there.

A beautiful setting with a very professional, understanding and capable director who gets the bigger overall picture. She understands the business, and is a good communicator with a fine heart. The property is kept very well, and we appreciate all the efforts by her and staff to make a nice place to live.

Wow! This place is so great. I moved my mom here and it's gone so smoothly. The staff have been very accommodating and my mom loves her new place in the independent living section. It could not have gone more smoothly and I could not hope for a better outcome.
