Lived there for over 2 years when the community opened. It served its purpose for my time in Bakersfield. Management and maintenance were helpful and friendly. Only downside is there are no washer/dryer hookups in the units, however on-site laundry room is open 24 hours.

I’m a current resident and ive been here for about 2 years now. I absolutely love it here the management is always very helpful and does go above and beyond but most importantly VERY understanding. Like any other Low income housing we’re going to have our average residence who are more tighter then others and also have larger families who may be a little harder to keep things proper. This housing complex is a mixed community of Veterans and Low income families that’s where I fall in.
Our community center here has calendared events and activities for all low income housed by HACK. They always give you opportunities to get back to work help with GED testing. Overall a VERY HELPFUL organization they have set up for us here. I am very appreciative of all the opportunities they provide. Thank you Alyssa for being so awesome in my journey here!!

Love living here , manager is great if you have issues with anything going wrong in your apartment they fix it quick . Everyone seems friendly, you have a couple veterans who seem very bothered with life period but just avoid or ignore . Kids are friendly.

No cameras, no security patrol, nobody watches their destructive kids outside, laundry room too small with people leaving their clothes in the machines overnight. 8 washers for 80 apartments is crazy! Parking is limited. It’s a new affordable housing development that should have screened tenants better.

I was overwhelmed with happiness shock......
I had been homeless living on the the streets then my car for years..
I was granted(through gods grace) an untouched and modern dayhn look with a nicely planned floor layout and hardwood floors.
Its quiet and a brand new community's for 81 family or single folk buy1 one of us are vet/vet familes.
Beautiful place and seemingly quite and safe so far. Thank you Bakersfield
