We stayed here over New Year's and had a wonderful stay. The front desk staff was amazing. She got us checked in early and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in the front door.

Our room was across from the pool with some great views of the mountains. The room was nice and clean and decorated very nicely. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was nice and hot with great water pressure. Our room was very quiet and we didn't experience any noise during our stay.

The location was excellent as we were able to walk to most of the restaurants on our list and other places were just a short ride.

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful and provided us with plenty of things to do in the area. We had an enjoyable visit and this hotel over delivered on value.

We rented two rooms for two nights this last December. The staff was nice and the rooms were seemingly fine at first. We booked this place in big part due to it having two hot tubs. We were very disappointed to find they were both broken. One was cold and the jets didn't work on the other. On the second night, a pipe burst and flooded my elderly mother's room shortly after she went to the bed for the evening. She came screaming to us for help around 11 pm. The staff was nice and helpful. We had to move all her contents (and my daughters' who shared the room with her) into our room and were asked to house them temporarily, as there were no clean rooms available to move them to. They eventually got a room cleaned and we moved them in there. It was past midnight and while we were all exhausted, none of us could sleep after being so jarred. The hotel gave us days and days of the run around, asking me to keep calling back . They eventually decided to refund one of the two rooms for the one night, even though it had effected all of us. No sleep, no hot tub, no refund, no response to email =no good.

First time in Palm Springs, and I must say I’m so happy I booked our room here. The ladies taking care of our rooms did an amazing job. We got to check in early at no extra fee because our rooms were ready. Checking in was super easy the ladies up front were very nice. Getting into the room it was very clean and had very nice furniture. There’s a coffee maker, refrigerator, and hair dryer available. We went straight to the jacuzzi and they also have cabanas at no charge it’s on first come first serve basis. It’s also very close to downtown. 5 min drive to everything fun to do. Overall we had a great experience here. Definitely coming back in the summer.

Struttura da motel con la qualità e i servizi di un hotel.
Personale estremamente cordiale e disponibile, camere bellissime (come nelle foto) e super pulite, con tutte le dotazioni necessarie (asciugacapelli e frigorifero).
Oltretutto camere molto tranquille e ben isolate acusticamente, Internet sempre presente e veloce (unico neo l’aria condizionata un po’ rumorosa).
Servizi della struttura ottimi, le varie piscine sono pulite e ben tenute e l’area interna è proprio adorabile (è presente pure una palestra, non utilizzata ma ben fornita).
La struttura è in una zona tranquilla, in 5/10 minuti in macchina siete a downtown Palm Springs dove ci sono negozi e ristoranti.
Decisamente il posto migliore in cui sia stato in due settimane di tour della west coast, l’unica cosa negativa e non averci fatto più di una notte.

We had a very relaxing time at the L3. Linda, the afternoon clerk was amazingly kind and welcoming. Anything I asked for, she made sure I had it. I recommend this hotel if you want clean rooms and a beautiful pool area and palm trees and lastly a good price.

Not sure why this is rated a 2 star? It’s at least a 3 to 3-1/2. Everything is very clean and the pool are is well maintained and absolutely gorgeous!
The salt pool is way too cold however and feels like an ice bath! lol
The other pool is fresh water and the temperature is a bit cold as well and that would be my only complaint about the place. If they’d turn the pool temperature up a bit that would great as no one stayed in them after a step in trial.
The front seat staff are all very friendly. There are several good places to eat within walking distance.
I definitely would stay here again!
