I have lived at Allegro for a few years. Every now and then for various reasons I have to go into the office.

I find dealing with Lisa to be pleasant and effective. She works in the leasing office.
Most recently I went in to the office to get a parking spot which requires an addendum to the lease. Lisa was able to help me, and ensure I got a parking spot that fit my needs. I am thankful and happy.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service from Jay in Maintenance!

I cannot thank Jay enough for his kindness and quick thinking on Friday! My expensive emergency medication was accidentally thrown out, and in a panic, I went to the Maintenance office to see if someone could help. Jay was incredibly calm and professional—he explained that due to safety codes, he couldn’t allow me access to the trash disposal room but offered to go down himself to look for my bag.

He didn’t make any promises since 12 hours had passed, but he still took the time to ask for my name, phone number, and a description of the bag and its contents. Within just three minutes, Jay called me down and handed me my lost package!

I am beyond grateful for his willingness to go above and beyond, even when he didn’t have to. His kindness, professionalism, and quick action truly saved the day. Jay is a true asset to this building.

Hey Allegro,

I just want to give a special shout out and thank you to Lisa who saved the day when my mother-in-law was visiting from out of town last week.

It was a normal day, around mid morning, when my mother-in-law Cheryl remembered she left her purse in her rental car outside our building. Fortunately she hadn't been at our place very long, so she went down to grab it while I was also taking our toddler for a walk. We crossed paths at the lobby elevator as Lisa was there to make sure I got a package because Luxer was down.

Really nice timing.

We went back up to our apartment and about 5 or 10 minutes later Lisa was at our door ushering me to move Cheryl's car because people were trying to break into it.

On top of that, she provided a spot in our garage for Cheryl's rental so we could be safe.

Lisa was paying attention and took amazing care of us, which she has done since I've met her, but this was exceptional.

We just had our second child, who at this point was only a handful of days old. A break-in would have soured a lovely week.

So thank you again Lisa! We appreciate you!

I toured Allegro with my partner 2 days ago. Lisa was friendly and well-knowledged. She had an answer to every question that we asked and even provided information we didn’t think to ask that ended up being helpful and a big contributing factor to deciding apply. Not only was Lisa knowledgeable on the complex, but also the neighborhood and made it easy to imagine what living there would be like. She was open to all questions and I left feeling like I got everything answered. This was the best apartment tour I’ve been on and definitely the best fit for what I was looking for in a place!

The Allegro management team are wonderful. They're really responsive and understand the property well. This is a great complex in the middle of Jack London, it has everything you need. I have lived in two other complexes in Jack London and the buildings always seem to have issues, Allegro is upfront about what they offer and is a great deal for the location. Definitely recommend.

The team at the Leasing office is so wonderful and helpful, I really enjoy all my interactions with them and more recently, Lisa, who is such a great addition to the team! She really goes out of the way to help. The Maintenance continues to be very prompt, professional and helpful!
