I’ve had the pleasure of providing notary services for escrow closings with Ridgegate Escrow for the past 2 years and I’ve had a wonderful experience working with them. I have used RidgeGate Escrow for a couple transactions and they have always been excellent! My most recent transaction was with Michelle Lopez. The team was always there when I had questions and updated me along the way. I will definitely use RidgeGate in the future and recommend them for anyone looking for a great escrow company.

NOT recommended.
Poor costumer service and too expensive!
I seen many escrow. This one is the most over charging escrow I ever seen and simple phone call here take 1 hour to someone call you back. Also no price matching here! at most maybe $100 discount!

On top of the high Escrow Fee and very high Title Insurance fees. They charge excessive fee for endorsement printing paper sub escrow messenger insurance processing fee and other....

(As an example: simple email to ask for insurance, it cost $50 or for messenger no matter you hand delivered and pickup documents or not, still it cost $70)

Not switching to other Escrow and Title Companies (ncluding their disconnect) still cost us $900 damage 😒
