I loved living here. Moved in end of 2021 and moved out spring of 2024. When we moved in, the website was nice and easy to manage. Jaci was wonderful helping us with the application and move-in process. I loved the community. It has plenty of grass, the pool is well kept, garage parking under every building was a huge plus. Mail and packages were pretty secure. Neighbors are kind. The street is nice and quiet compared to Reseda Blvd, not a lot of traffic. Maintenance staff were wonderful (shoutout Adan and Jorge!). The 1-bedroom we were in had plenty of built-in storage, appliances were updated, sink was great, granite countertops were great. I feel like the only thing missing to make it a perfect apartment was in-unit laundry.

The reason I’m taking off a star is the because the moving out process was far from smooth. The thing is, I feel like the whole time living there, they were pretty good about communication and responding to emails. But that wasn’t the case for our move-out. We let the office know our move-out date well before. As our date got closer we did not hear anything back about policies or anything. Once move-out day came, there was absolutely no one in the office and no one returned our calls or messages until we were gone. We ended up having to ship our keys and other items back on our own dime. Even though we cleaned up the apartment before leaving, they kept both the security and pet deposit.

Another thing they can improve on is the website. Looking at the website now, it does not look as easy to navigate nor does it have as many nice pictures or information as easy to find as before when we first moved in.

TLDR this was a nice and cozy place to live. I just wish our move-out was smoother, and the website was as good as before.

Utter disregard for tenants. The Management does not enforce their own rules as outlined in the lease agreement. And, if they do, it's very inconsistent. But they sure are quick to raise your rent. The only dependable staff at this place are the maintenance gentleman. And even they are treated poorly by this current management staff which started about mid to end of 2022 - current.

Jorge in Maintence is the BEST!!! I’ve NEVER had ANY luck with Angel …. Jorge actually had to fix what Angel was doing right in front of me. My little family LOVES Jorge 💯💯 Jorge goes out of his way to get things done correctly. As for Angel … nah …. He sits in his truck hiding from what I see, while Jorge busts his but getting all these work orders done …. Jorge is a HUGE reason why we stay here …. He keeps our condo running well …. Thank you Jorge for all of your hard work 😓😅 appreciates you 💯💯💯🎁❤️‍🔥

Front office doesn’t answer their phones and tenants are nasty never putting trash in the actual trash cans we have, rats are everywhere and nothing is ever done about it I’ve been here for 5 years and never had that problem but the new tenants are very disgusting and we need help to make sure we keep our apartments clean
