I’ve been living here at the Maravilla apartments for just a little over a year and it’s been a fantastic experience. The location is right across the street from campus which has made my daily commute incredibly easy. I can walk to class in just minutes which has saved me a lot of time and hassle.

The apartment itself is spacious, well-maintained, and comfortable. A big part of why my experience here has been so positive is because of the property manager, Danielle. I’ve had a few minor maintenance issues, but each time she has addressed them quickly and efficiently. She has been incredibly attentive to all my concerns and has always been quick to respond whether it’s about maintenance, questions about the complex, or anything else. 10/10 recommend!

This place is perfect if you study at CSUN. School is a minute away, the place is comfortable, surrounded by tons of stores. The manager, Danielle, is helpful and attentive. if you encounter any issues, she's there to assist.

Maravilla are the perfect apartments for students attending CSUN! The building manager, Danielle, is awesome! She's so helpful with anything you need and is always around to answer questions. She does an excellent job maintaining the building and is great with provided crucial information when needed. These apartments are spacious, open, and are in the perfect location for students. Maravilla has been my home for over two years and I don't plan on going anywhere else!

Maravilla apartments are close to CSUN and they’re also have great service. Danielle the manager of the building is very helpful and provides you with any information you might have. I been leaving here for a couple of years now and it’s a beautiful apartment.

Such a great manager, Danielle is always on top of her game wether it’s maintenance on our apartment, or if it’s answering our questions about any of our concerns. I am a CSUN international student, I had a hard time finding a house until I found Maravilla. The manager, Danielle is extremely extremely NICEE. She is very quick to respond and is always really helpful. She has all you need. I really enjoy living here. This is perfect for CSUN student.
