Due to some unforeseen circumstances, I needed the help of one of my property managers to get me through this month. Big, big kudos to Andrew M. for helping me out this month in this trying time. The staff here has been like family to me and mine, and I can think of no other staff from any other company-held property to trust with my trials and tribulations when it comes to rental property-related issues and concerns. I strongly and vehemently encourage doing business with IMT, and if you end up having Andrew as your personal liaison, he will have your back in every way he can possibly afford and then some.

The IMT at Superior staff are so attentive and helpful. They are always so friendly, approachable and willing to answer any questions you could possibly need help with. My roommates and I love living at this complex, definitely because of how great of an atmosphere it is. Andrew and Ennase are the best!

Review long overdue! I lived here for 2 years a while back moved into a new IMT property for another 2 years and now I’m moving into another newer IMT property. I really loved living here, it’s super spacious, the grounds are kept clean. My neighbors were really courteous. It’s super close to everything, restaurants, shopping centers, gyms, etc. I loved the neighborhood it’s in as well, mornings walks or runs were great. It definitely gave me a sense of home. IMT is the best!

I moved in a few months ago, and everyone has been great. The application and move-in process went smoothly. When I had an issue with my keys, it was addressed and remedied on the spot. Additionally, we submitted a few maintenance requests and the response was fast and efficient, and the problems were addressed. I have enjoyed living here for the past few months, and expect to continue enjoying my time here moving forward.

I can’t say enough kind words about this team and place!

The leasing team was very helpful and understanding about our whole moving situation. Ashley was very kind and helped us every step of the way. She made moving so easy and stress free!

Been living here for 2 years and I have no complaints. Manager Andrew is very helpful with whatever we need and is always very friendly and says hi. Highly recommend leasing here!
