Laura was incredibly professional, helpful, and genuinely caring, making the entire rental process smooth and enjoyable. Exceptional Experience at Terrena Apt!

I had an amazing experience at Terrena Apt, and I can't recommend it enough! The apartment complex offers an impressive range of amenities that truly set it apart. The indoor/outdoor social space with a television and catering kitchen is perfect for hosting gatherings or simply relaxing with friends. The gated entry made me feel secure, and the multi-level parking garage was convenient and spacious.

I especially enjoyed the community garden area – a serene place to unwind, and the outdoor theater courtyard with BBQs was a fantastic bonus for those warm evenings. As a pet lover, I appreciated how pet-friendly the complex is, especially with the dedicated dog park.

The resort-style saltwater pool was a highlight, offering a great spot to cool off, while the state-of-the-art fitness center kept me motivated to stick to my workout routine . That offered diversity of workout classes for the residents . Every detail is thoughtfully designed to make residents feel comfortable and pampered.

Terrena Apt is a perfect blend of luxury, convenience, and community.

It hurts me giving this place a 3 stars because apartments, cleaning staff, & leasing office are all amazing. But the security they have are sitting on their phone and barely move or look up and even when you tell them a suspicious car was just waiting to go inside with no sticker they say ok and not move. There’s no need for a key bop in the upper parking spots so anyone can go in and security matters doesn’t feel safe. MULTIPLE TIMES I have reached out to the point I have a video of how easy RIGHT NEXT to the security post someone waited to follow someone else So it’s sad to be changing my opinion about renewing my lease due to security issues

I moved in March of this year. In the about 8 months my wife and I live here we have loved it. The complex is pretty clean and well maintained. There are a lot of amenities to use like the gym and two pools. Maintenance requests are usually responded to quickly and the management has always been friendly and helpful. They throw a lot of events for residents like art classes or little food celebrations. Atleast twice a month there is a food truck on Tuesday to buy from which is fun. Overall I would definitely recommend checking it out if you're looking to move. Special shout out to Lisa and Laura who are always helpful and friendly and usually the ones hosting the resident events.

My wife and I came here to do a tour of the apartments since this was one of the places we like. I made an appointment online and showed up early. I was able to find parking because they do not have a lot of parking spots here that I know of. Our leasing consultant was Laura and she was very helpful. She answered all my questions, went through the process of everything and showed us the different rooms that we were interested in. This apartment complex is nice, they have nice amenities like bbq grill, lounge, fitness, zumba and more. We like the layout of the 2 bed, 2 bath and 1 office room because of the open island in the kitchen. There also a garden here as well that she told us you can pick stuff from.

Don’t move here. You’ll be hearing the fire alarms go off at all hours of the night and early morning hours. Engineers are rude and disrespectful like we owe them something. Office staff turnover is an issue here. Only Lisa and Oscar are friendly and competent. Safety is also an issue here. cops are always being called here. We were once barricaded in our homes without any communication from community about an active shooter. My husband was attacked in the parking structure by someone trying to break into cars with pepper spray and a long metal device. Security does not do anything. It looks nice but it is a nussance living here.

Have been living here for about a year and love how friendly, respectful, and responsive the office and maintenance team are! Lisa, Laura, Gerson the rest of the maintenance team are the best! The grounds are kept clean and ready to use at all times and if any repairs are needed they are completed in a timely manner.
