This is a great apartment complex. It has great security (locked entrances, security guard), amenities (pool, gym, club house, fire pits, and grills), and varying floor plans. The price is great for what you get and its by the bed so no need to worry about finding roommates. Would recommend if your a college student ready to move in.

I’ve been living at Ensemble for a couple of months, and it’s been great! The amenities are awesome, the apartments are modern and fully furnished, and the location is perfect for CSUN students. The staff is friendly and helpful, making it a really comfortable place to live.

Sabrina and Marlon here at Ensemble are lovely! I ended up finding alternative accommodations, but they were extremely helpful, transparent and kind throughout the whole process of applying and fill out the leasing contract.

(P.S: there’s a 72 hour grace period after signing the lease to back-out/change your mind and you will be refunded your deposit.)

They were helpful and patient, answering all of the questions I had about the lease agreement, status of my application, etc. Additionally, their “by-the-bed” leasing style is geared towards students, so you have the peace of mind of only being financially responsible for your individual rent payment and utilities portion. This can be an especially important for parents and students alike, as they want to make sure that students staying in Northridge for school always have a stable and guaranteed housing situation. (Fun Fact: You do not have to be a student to contract with Ensemble, although the type of lease agreement is marketed towards college students.)

Truthfully, after utility and other fees, the price comes out to roughly the same as the CSUN student housing dorms, but I do feel like for the money- including the events they hold, new construction, amenities (in-unit laundry especially), and wonderful experience you get at Ensemble- the price is more than worth it.

After living here for a few months, my experience has been amazing with Ensemble. The staff has been amazing and very easy to reach with their on site office. The unit comes prefurnished with beds, tables, and a TV. The building is set near multiple food options. Would definitely recommend for future residents.

The leasing agents and managers are some of the loveliest people I have met. Not only are they knowledgeable about the building but they will go out of their way to help you in any way possible! Can’t wait to live here within this community they are building.
