Comparti lugar. en Meridian Pointe durante 6 meses. y honestamente tengo los mejores recuerdos de ese sitio y las personas que lo integran.

I recently had a positive experience living in this apartment. The unit is comfortable and practical, with plenty of space for everyday needs. The location is convenient, making it easy to access local shops and public transport and CSUN university.
Caesar, the property manager, deserves special mention. He is friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Any maintenance requests or questions were handled quickly and efficiently.
Overall, this apartment offers great value, and Caesar's management makes it an enjoyable place to live. Highly recommended!

I’ve had a really good experience living in this apartment! The location is incredibly convenient, just a minute walk from campus. The apartment itself is very well-maintained and offers great amenities. Cesar has been exceptionally helpful and friendly throughout the process of tours or getting the lease signed. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and conveniently located apartment near campus!

0 Stars. This is by far the worst place I have rented at. Waste of money. Water is either cold or shut off! No warning either. The power goes out all the time but only in certain rooms!! It’s not an actual outage! I’ve had to replace groceries that went out of temp due to no power multiple times! No reimbursement of any kind. Majority of employees that work here are extremely rude and don’t seem to have any knowledge in what they are doing. No security here, not a safe place to live. All doors are unlocked or propped open 24/7. Homeless are always surrounding the trashcans inside the “gated” property. The same tenants yelling / cussing at 4-5am! This lady always throws things in the middle of night and damages the property consistently. It’s extremely loud, not safe and nothing is ever done about it. This place is also extremely dirty and out of date. Trash left everywhere. No consistency among the property. It needs to be remodeled or shut down ASAP. Most units left on the property are unlivable. Imagine paying $2000 for no water or power for hoursss after a long day of school and work. Don’t waste your money like I have. Stay away!

My family helped me move in last month and I am loving my time living here so far. Everyone is so friendly. It feels like a real family community. I have already made a bunch of new friends. Best part is that I can easily walk to class. I can't wait for this semester.

Caeser was very welcoming from the moment we first walked in to look at the place. He was able to accommodate us on a tour which included multiple options to choose from and was very easy to communicate with during the process. Looking forward to my new home!

This was our last resort we had no housing for my daughter who is going to school CSUN the apartment bathroom was not clean. It was filthy. The shower had mold in it. The smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector was going off for weeks before they resurface the shower without telling her she was supposed to have to be out of the shower for 24 hours, which turned into 48 hours which turned into now four days and then they tried to say that we told somebody she was contagious and that’s why they hadn’t fixed it. That was just an excuse for them not doing their job. This place is horrible. Do not rent this place. My daughter has had a leak for months and nothing has been done about it
