A special thank you to Vincent and Armando who have gone above and beyond keeping our home safe and in working order. In addition, Armando has continued to provided exceptional service from small to big projects while training a new employee. Excellent work everyone I look forward to the new year!

Lovely place to live, prompt and polite technicians (shout out to Danny), and a short distance from the park. Only annoyance was during our renewal, the office personnel lacked much room to negotiate (even when comparable units were less expensive) and we had to switch within the community to keep a good rate. Would recommend.

We just moved out after 3 years living here. We lived here from Oct 2021 to Oct 2024. Due to my husband’s job, we need to relocate and break the lease earlier. The move out process was very smooth and easy. Their move out policy is clear and transparent. Ricky in the leasing office is very helpful and responsive to our questions about move out process. We never had any issue while living here. I really like their maintenance team, they are quick and super friendly, especially Agustin and another old man, sorry I don’t remember his name, but both of them are super nice and polite. Agustin always says hello with everybody in the neighborhood. Their community has gate, which makes us feel safe. The community feels clean and neat because they clean it regularly. Overall, highly recommend.

I just wanted to make a quick edit in my review because I am extremely thankful to the maintenance team, especially Agustin. Agustin has been very efficient, professional, kind and quick to respond when it comes down to things that are not functioning and broken. Thank you Agustin--you and your team have been great! I moved here from South Korea and it feels very home for the first time since moving here-- the community is quiet, clean and safe. The resident services have been prompt and always willing to help out. Being near golf course is also really peaceful, lots of greens and the community is very clean!

Daytime noise from golfers and nighttime noise from upstairs neighbor (apartment 181) forced me and my roommate to move to another apartment in the same community.

Great management team here, no doubt about that. Would love to continue living here.

We have been moving in for 3 months now. The noise from the golf course is killing us as the restroom from golf course was build very closed to the resident area. Starting from 6 am in the morning, noises either from people or hoover keep people awake. So disappointing!!!!

I've lived in this complex for several years and tend to keep to myself. Lately, they seem to want to start a fuss over everything I do. First there was an issue because I listened to music without a headphone in the gym, although they had no policy on this and it's the middle of the day so there aren't many people. Then, they complain because I keep the gym door open for fresh air. They even went as far as to put notices on the gym door. Now, they're complaining when I'm outside with my cats off leash. These things would make sense where I the only person doing so, but the hypocrisy is what I have an issue with. The apartment has cats off leash roaming here and there, and I've never seen it as an issue or seen any notice sent out about this. Now when I'm out actually walking next to my cat it's suddenly an issue. Then I went to the gym the other day and it was packed. Someone or other had propped the door open, like I have done, and people were all working out all jolly and no notice was ever sent out. I'm making a note of all of these inconsistencies because I will not allow myself to be harassed here.
