We had a wonderful stay at Civic Plaza from Feb 2023 to Sep 2024. It is in close proximity to the Bart and grocery stores such as Safeway and Lucky. The Ohlone walkway is just right behind. The cool breeze and frequent fogs from the sea make this place even more special. Deborah, the manager, has been helpful with our application and move-out process. We miss Civic Plaza. Thank you.

I recently moved from Civic Plaza Apartments after 12 years. I left to relocate closer to family. I had a good experience calling Civic Plaza my home for so long. Tenants were quiet for the most part and friendly. The office staff was always helpful and courteous. The grounds were always well maintained.
I have to give my highest praise to the office staff and the maintenance employees especially Manuel. They always responded quickly to any problems big or small. They were always friendly and respectful and always did a wonderful job. I really appreciated the job they did everyday. I will miss that the most.

Please be aware that this location is prone to mold. Additionally, there have been reports of disturbances caused by people walking on the third floor late at night. A wall or thin can hear everything. Furthermore, there have been incidents of theft from the porch in this area.

NOT EVEN 1 STAR! The Manager Deborah is SO RUDE FOR NO REASON! Do not call the "Office" phone number on Sundays because she won't even both talking to a very qualified potential renter unless you have a maintenance emergency (highly unlikely lol). Hey Deborah, how about you get a maintenance emergency phone number Or even better, say you are closed on Sundays on your site.
