Why does nobody EVER answer the phone? How does that work? Like are people supposed to want to lease here? I guess they show you how it would be if you did live there. Can't reach nobody. That's crazy work.
UPDATE Called the provided number and this one just goes straight to voicemail. At least the other number had the audacity to ring a bunch of times before nobody answered.

55 Dollar connivence fees to make your rent payments. Mice infestations in all the buildings, garbage, everywhere. Doors off t the apartment building and burnt out apartments. Ownership changes and changes and no one is accountable or kind. This is one of the shadiest operations I've ever seen and this complex preys on the poor and desperate.

Management never answers the phone they charge you late fees for stuff that you weren’t liable for. Charged me two months worth of rent for one month and charge me a late fee for the extra rent because I didn’t pay the extra. When I asked to remove it, I never got a callback, all I see is the people in the office giggling and laughing but not working. Always have to walk to the office to actually get somebody to answer the phone or talk during open hours.

I made an appointment about 2 days ago for a tour of a one bedroom apartment. I even got a confirmation email today, saying to come in and that they’re excited to see me. I drove about an hour to view this apartment just for them to tell me that they’re not doing tours and that they don’t have anyone available. They told me that they are accepting applications though, but I’m not going to apply to a place that is not organized has terrible communication and that I can not look/view.

Needs to be affordable based on income not half earning going to shared spaces with windows facing parking and people. They are not luxury apartments. Too big community to get high prices with many units no porch or balcony. Dorm motel style buildings with 0 privacy hear/see everything. No front or back door. Shared hall with broken doors stop fixing it change it give doors codes so they can't be broken. Lower your prices. Property management everywhere pays themselves well. We are just numbers

Continuously calling for leasing information FOR DAYS MULTIPLE times a DAY and no answer but it says open? Like are you not accepting mew applications? Then let interested parties know that. If this is the kind of treatment management gives tenants then you already lost me. I hope this helps others on their journey.

I have received terrible customer service at my apartment complex. Being my first apartment this has definitely been a learning experience. The area is pretty quiet actually a nice neighborhood, however the staff members are sooo rude and very unprofessional. There’s constantly new people and I wonder why 😑. Lack of communication of very important matters. Each year rent continues to go up and yet the community Amenities we are supposed to have access to are still unavailable such as the rooftop for one, I been here 3 years now going on 4 yrs and I was told it would be ready soon that was within my first year, still not done. There’s No access to the gym it has been at least over a year now makes no sense to pay more in rent when we can’t utilize everything include in our rent ? But back to the staff I’m all about customer service and treating others with respect but I’m not sure who’s doing the hiring or how desperate they may need help but please choose your employees wisely. And please explain the unnecessary reason behind rent increase when your (Westridge Of Hilltop employees) are failing us as tenants by us being unable to use amenities that’s included in our rent that is unfair and something needs to be done about that right away or I may need to take further necessary steps to address these issues and concerns that many other tenants agree and feel the same, you are not abiding by our promised contract. Unacceptable and I still haven’t received a call back from the manager it’s been over 2 weeks 😡. Get better staff with a more positive attitude as soon as possible!!!

My daughter and I have been here for about a year and a half and while we were in a huge need to move, Tracy made sure that everything went smooth and we've been good here since. I like the improvements so far but the process I could have done without! My apartment is up above the construction "office" and from day 1 their disrespectful language, parking, the noise has really annoyed me. I can tolerate a lot but these days it's been too much. But I do want to thank the office for the gift card for dealing with some of it. But it still seem like we have a way too go!
