I don't even know where to begin. There is learning to ride but then there is learning to ride with Buzz. His patients with me, the love for what he does and the knowledge about horses has elevated my riding skills to a whole new level. The kindness that he trains with has turned my horse that I almost sold because he was unpredictable, kicking the farrier, into a horse that I am able to bond with and will never let go off. This horse was so misunderstood by previous trainers but Buzz understood his fears and gained my horse's trust and willingness to learn. He works with a horse in the moment and at its level, on that day. My horse can feel like a champion one day and acts like a colt the next. He understands to take it backwards before moving forward again. Buzz had his work cut out with us, first training my horse, then teaching me not to fall off and then bringing me and my horse back together, my horse trusting me and me being able to ride him with confidence. And with every lesson I realize, I am far from done, there is so much more to learn. Anyone looking for either a horse trainer or riding lessons, he has his heart in it!!!

Never had better care for my horse! Buzz and Dee Dee treat my horse as if she were one of their own. Beautiful and clean facility with plenty of riding space and direct access to the Norco trails! If you’re looking for an amazing place to board your horse or a caring and talented trainer Buzz’s Barn is the place to take your horse!

Buzz is a horseman, exceptional trainer and patient. His understanding of how the horse thinks is a plus for trainer and horse. Buzz is very consistent with his training routine and not heavy-handed.
There are two pans and an arena to work your horse which are very well-maintained. The obstacle course is varied with every imaginable distraction you would see riding the streets of Norco or out on the trail.

Buzz barn has a lot to offer from boarding your horse to taking private lessons located near many miles of river bottom trails and also many other trails near Norco.

This place is great for lesson for the young and old. I have see Buzz train horses and his work is amazing. I have seen some beautiful transformations.
