Yesterday my sister and I had the pleasure of touring Pacifica Senior home facility. Johnathan Cisneros was friendly, knowledgeable and a great help! We never felt pressured yet he answered all our questions and concerns.
The place is immaculate, beautiful and very well run. I could definitely see that my mom would be comfortable there and feel like home.
When she is ready to move to a facility we will consider this option.

Pacifica is a perfectly sized, cozy, beautiful, assisted living community for seniors!
I am a Senior Care Consultant and look to move my senior clients to the best community for them.

Size/ Capacity: Pacifica has about 50 residents in assisted living and about 25 in memory care. It feels like a wonderful number that would not be overwhelming for seniors to establish familiarity and form new relationships. The staff are familiar with all the seniors as well.

Aesthetics/ Amenities: the community is beautifully designed with all the amenities that one can think of in an assisted living community. The community offers various activities on a daily basis, outings, as well as live entertainment. The layout makes it easy for seniors to not be 'lost'! They have a lovely courtyard for the residents to spend time outdoors or visit with their families/ grandchildren, etc. They also have a private dining room that families can utilize to spend time together. The rooms are spacious with high ceilings and have been updated.

Staff: the front desk staff are friendly, helpful and cordial. During tours, all my families are greeted by the staff that we run into. The Sales Director, in my opinion, is the ambassador of the community and it is important for the families to be able to connect well with this representative of the community that they are considering for their loved one. Johnathan, the Sales Director, is warm, kind, down to earth, informative and accommodating. He spends time with the families when they tour so he can answer all their questions, address their concerns and provide all relevant information.
Pacifica, Chino Hills is a great option for families to consider for their loved one!

I recently moved my parents to Pacifica. The staff is friendly and the facility feels like a home. The community rooms are warm and cozy. The caregivers and the medical staff are very attentive to each resident's needs which is a big plus because my parents did not get the medical assistance and care they required from the previous facility they lived in. When I toured Pacifica, Jasmine Perez was very informative and answered all my questions. My parents are happy at Pacifica as am I knowing they are well taken care of.

I visited my loved one in this place. I was shocked. She is in memory care. I couldn’t find anybody to help me. I finally found someone (the head nurse) who told me some were on our break and to be patient. My relative looked TERRIBLE! Bruises everywhere! I asked what happened & I was told: “We don’t know! Probably fell during the night. A lot of them do that!” There was a resident ON THE FLOOR, moaning! I ran to her to see if she needed help and another “worker” stopped by time & told me to leave her alone because “she always does that.” I later found out that the “nurse” is not a nurse and I heard her being horribly rude to one of the residents! Her name is Rachel and is somehow “employee of the month.” I had ZERO say in when where my relative was placed, but if you care - all all - about someone there, get them OUT! Every single person I saw (resident wise) was out of it & bruised! They can’t all be falling! What is my family paying for? It’s dirty, laundry in every open room was piled high, smelling awful and it was disgusting. The food was even worse! No activities. Just people wandering around, bruised & out of it! I searched and interviewed 6 different assisted living homes, and Pacifica was the clear stand-out. As soon as you walk in there are smiling staff to greet you. It looks like a beautiful, bright home! I was very particular in finding the right place for my Mom, so I talked to many of the staff and toured the facility. The Community Relations Director, Georgianna "Georgi" Mendez was SO personable, informative and candid with me. I could tell that she, along with the rest of the staff really enjoyed working there. That says a lot. More importantly, as we toured, I could see the residents enjoying themselves as well. There were no people sitting lifelessly in a hallway, everyone was engaged in some way or another and looked sincerely content. Pacifica is a gorgeous, well-staffed home for seniors. The outdoor space is exceptional and it all resembles an upscale hotel. The apartment rooms are updated and bright, and I know my Mom will be very happy there! There is a huge sense of relief knowing your loved ones will be well cared for!

My mother was lucky enough to become a resident in this beautiful facility! The staff are all so friendly, attentive and professional. They seem caring and genuine. The residents seem engaged and content. The site is elegantly decorated with a spacious lobby and dining room, very clean with a warm, welcoming, cozy feeling. It's tucked into a safe & quiet neighborhood conveniently located off the freeway close to many shops & restaurants for non local visitors. Our family is so relieved to know our mother is happy and receiving the care she so deserves! Thank you Pacifica SL Chino Hills!

This community is located conveniently right off the 71 FWY in the city of Chino Hills. Newly furnished with a cozy yet updated feel to it. The care staff is friendly, hardworking and put themselves into their work. During the pandemic Pacifica Chino Hills was able to accommodate with outside visits in their visiting booth to keep the residents, familes and entire community connected but safe. This location is a bit smaller than other Pacifica locations but for that making it a close knit place to live where everyone knows each other. Also home to some of the sweetest residents I've ever met.

Not sustainable if your loved one is on a budget without LTC insurance. Pacifica caregivers are kind and super helpful. BUT, they offer more service than are needed that increases monthly care expenses. Sadly, mom will have to move. Not good for her.
