Who ever runs the front desk at night and in the day time is so rude and short with people very unprofessional, for the money I paid I should ha e been aloud to have more than one dirty towel that was so hard and crusty. When I called and asked for a 15 minute late check out he snapped and me and told me that's not aloud and on 11 am on the dot he was calling telling me to leave now or he'd have me removed. Mind you it was me and one guest we checked in around 10 and we're quite there was no need for him to be that rude and it could have been cleaner and more towel at least. Will not be going back there again.

Wow, where to start! We came in for my son’s graduation. When got there they said our credit card wouldn’t work and we had to use our debit card. (Sus) we then had to hurry to an event. Went to the room and put our stuff in and immediately knew we were uncomfortable but had to hurry so left our stuff and went about our day for a couple hours. After we got back we decided after looking closely that there was absolutely no way there was not a recent crime scene in the room we were in! The main door and bathroom door had both been locked in and they just pushed them back together and tried PAINTING OVER THE HUGE CRACKS where it had been kicked in! The beds had hairs on them and stains. It was disgusting. I then went to tell them we are going to go somewhere else and they got angry and tried saying they will just change our rooms. After finally agreeing with the girl upfront she called “the manager” who was so rude to me on the phone! I agreed to just pay for the one night because they already had our card info and I just want to get the hell away from that dump! That will be reimbursed through our bank once we get home! DO NOT STAY HERE! They will be getting a visit from the fire marshal as well as the health department in the night day. Hope it was worth it to them to be rude to the wrong one, ME!

I had pretty low expectations since this is basically a motel, but some how it's was worse than I thought. Rooms are filled with the smell of smoke which is impossible to wash out, there was no fire alarm, the microwave, fridge, and AC didn't even work, and there were bed bugs that the staff wouldn't get rid of. The manager is very rude and yells at people for even the most minor of things. It's honestly way too expensive for what you get, you're better off going to the extended stay across the street. Also, one of the 5 star reviews is literally from someone who works there, and I wouldn't be surprised if others are as well.

I’m so mortified right now and disgusted! I checked in at 1pm and was so tired from traveling I feel asleep and didn’t get to tour the room like I should have or I wouldn’t have brought my baby here! There’s pubes everywhere ! And long hair all in the bed there’s mold in the refrigerator! The ac is beyond cleaning now I’m lost what to do ! I don’t wanna bug the manager because the reviews said he’s mean and I’m already crying just holding my baby because it’s so horrible in here and I’m all alone !
