Stayed here a few times and each stay has been pleasant. Very quiet and clean. Beds are cozy and comfortable. The staff are professional and friendly. They helped my wife when she forgot something in the room. Thank you so much! Can't wait to come back.

Excellent hotel and amazing staff! We stayed there for a wedding, the manager and the owner of the hotel went above and beyond to take care of our group. The rooms were clean and the hotel is brand new so everything was in working order. Breakfast was good. Overall a great experience, we will definitely stay there again. Highly recommended if you are in the area!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were clean. The staff was friendly and quick to respond to the needs of an extra blanket and towels. The jacuzzi was warm! Breakfast was one of best we’ve experienced at an hotel. All in all an excellent experience!

showed up first thing in the morning looking for a room for my family and I to stay, the front counter girl was very friendly and compassionate to our situation, she immediately found a room, and gave us a discounted rate! Our room looked like a small studio apartment with a full size refrigerator, stove top, microwave, lots of cabinets, and all the dishes and utensils we need to feel like home. The room was clean and still smelled new! there was a desk which allowed me to "work from home". They also have washers and dryers to do your laundry while you stay, it was free for guests! I did three loads of laundry, the laundry room is big and clean, I brought my own detergents, but they do sell them in the lobby store, there was probably 8 washers and 8 dryers. They had an evening social hour which served complimentary food and drinks, we was unable to attend but we walked through the lobby and saw everyone enjoying, the morning complimentary hot breakfast was very good, lots of hot and cold foods to choose from. Very family & pet friendly place. we did not bring our dog, but the website says it is pet friendly, we saw a guest walking out of her room with her leashed dog. We had a very quite and comfortable stay here, we have already recommend Staybridge suites to family and friends, we will definitely be coming back, and with our fur baby next time!

This is a beautiful, brand new hotel with a fabulous staff!! This was our 2nd stay since they opened this summer (once in August and once for Thanksgiving). It’s a beautiful hotel that even smells new. The rooms are all suites with kitchens and are very spacious. The beds are so comfortable and the pillows are labeled soft and firm so there’s no guessing game when you’re tired. The firm pillows are the best! The showers get nice and hot and have good water pressure. ||There is guest laundry available and free breakfast in the lobby. The breakfast is great with lots of options; my only critique is that the eating area is a little small for the size of the hotel. It’s right next to the soccer fields so you could see a lot of families in town for that, depending on the weekend, but the walls are so much more soundproof than other hotels! I also heard they’re going to have a rooftop bar soon! Lastly, the staff here are amazing. They’re so friendly and helpful! The manager, Steve, is an absolute gem and the most customer forward hotel manager I’ve ever met. They all really go above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable. We’ve already booked our stay for our next visit to the area.

Stayed 4 nights as Diamond member. No upgrades offered. Asked for king bed; was given 2 queen beds. Room was good size with kitchen, full size fridge and microwave. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioning didn’t work in the room; it was loud and did not blow cold air. Lucky it was cool January days. TV remote control had glitches. Shower and sink had adequate water pressure, not strong. The breakfast spread had good options including variety of fruits including blueberries and strawberries, cooked oatmeal, potatoes, scones. Disappointed that the Monday to Wednesday happy hour reception did not happen when I was there. Gym was fairly good sized. On check out, I told the manager that the AC didn’t not work in the room. He offered to send me 2000 points for the inconvenience, but I only received 250 points; not a man of his words. Overall, a nice fairly new hotel in Eastvale, it does have some problems as pointed out above.

Great Location for our recent tournament, all families were so happy with the hotel, location, cleanliness and breakfast options. Made early mornings great for getting to the field. All staff were super friendly and kind. Hotel parking lot has great options for food. The rooms are super well equipped for a tournament stay.

We stumbled upon this hotel because we were flying out of Ontario Airport, but it had available rooms, and we checked in early. We had an EV car. I asked the guy about charging. He said it was an outside company. I was nervous to create an account but it was easy. You are only charged for the time your car is charging. It was relatively inexpensive. The hotel was great. The outside area was very welcoming. We enjoyed the breakfast. Staff was very friendly too.
