The parking here sucks, no visitor parking, the lady in the office is rude. For a well dressed woman she acts maturely ghetto. Things need to be updated and painted. Homeless people hide in the trash and security are never around when needed. The Carpet smells like wet dog and mold. Roaches and mice are strongly present. People always smokingnin the parking lot while our kids and myself wash in the laundry room. This place needs a better staff and things to be painted and fixed Asap!

This place has potential to become a great place after firing the cheap staff and upgrading everything

I did not like the way I was treated when I took my application in the lady(Paola) was very rude she said I did not qualify and grab my application and threw it in the trash. I heard this lady has been working there for years and has always been AMARGADA!! Bitter!!!.. Now I know it was not God's will for me to live here with all these bad comments I've been reading. just hope one day she's not in the need of looking for a place for her and her family like I was. And I'm sure I'm not the only one she has been rude too.

Nothing. Everything sucks about those apartments. There are cockroaches everywhere. Even the cleanest apartments still have cockroaches. The gardners don't clean the leave & branches that fall we have to clean them up & they just leave them in the sidewalk. The tree branches are always falling which could fall on a kid or someone & get seriously injured. Also, they let the kids play in the playground when the motorcycle is broken & a kid could hurt themselves. They don't clean the grills they provide outside they are all musty & dirty. Which can infect someone & they could fine then for that. Because they are providing unsanitary grills. They don't let kids play with balls, scooters, or bicycles, etc. They don't remodel the place. These apartments are gross I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. The rent is getting higher & it was supposed to be low income housing. Also, when you send the rent they give you the wrong address & make you pay $25 more because it was late. These apartments are the worst of them all. When the pest control group comes they just go inside for less than 30 seconds & get out & that is why there is still pests in these apartments they don't do their job. They haven't done anything to do these apartments better. There are a lot of people complaining about these apartments. They don't let you do anything. Even if you make a small party outside with a few tables they will be like you have to move & you can't have a party here. They will annoy you. They need to make these apartments better, affordable, and safe. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THESE APARTMENTS.

I just went there to get an application when I call the lady was nice & when I ask her if she has a low income housing she said yes but need to apply in office & when I go I knock to this door & she tells me through a window all mad to go to the other side when I knock to the other door she tells me to come in. I go inside & now she tells me there is no application for low housing family she made me to spend my gas & then she wasn't nice at all. They need to move staff there.

I don't even live here, was walking through the property and cockroaches everywhere smashed on the sidewalks. Pretty nasty.
