PROS:
10/10 for commute to work
10/10 location for food options, there is just so much around in terms of food, tons of local Gym in less then a 2-3mile radius
9/10 Rent has thankfully not gone up considering what the cons are (Listed below), there is a steady rate for Water/Trash/Sewage usage which has made rent more consistently the same total
10/10 Love that we have a decent sized balcony, large pantry, closet with the wash/dryer connection (you do need to purchase your own) Master Bedroom set-up and High Ceilings
9/10 Maintenance is quick to respond and address matters

CONS:
7/10 parking, cars have been stolen from the lot over the holiday season in the last two years
6-7/10 safety, a ton of homeless population at the end of the block, across the street, there have been issues with homeless sleeping in assigned parking spots. In the last year two homeless folks have died, one from a stabbing in December of 2023 and one from an Overdose in the parking lot across our at the tool stool early September 2024.
7/10 AC/Heater dose not work half the time which makes sleeping brutal for both Summer & Winter Season, not to mention the smell that comes after leaks in the closets or generally from AC leaks

Overall I would rate this a solid 8/10, considering rent is cheaper and based on what is local (10 minute commute to work has been my biggest bonus)

Moved in a few months ago. We love it!!
Lots of parking. Really nice apartments. We barely hear our neighbors. Good location. Good price. Management and maintenance are awesome. The two bedroom is perfect for two people.

Can’t really think of any cons. We have had nothing but a smooth and great experience so far.
