Paulette and Mike are a great team, keeping the property running very smoothly. Paulette is quick to respond and always very kind. She submits work order requests right away, and follows through to make sure any issue has been remedied.
Paulette is outstanding when it comes to knowing, and learning quickly the ever changing housing rules and regulations. She submits necessary documentation accurately and very professionally.
In receipt of a work order request, Mike is usually able to fix the issue that day, if not sooner. Mike always has a smile while working, or just passing in the hallways. No one knows the structure of this building better than he does. His solutions are thoughtfully helpful. Mike follows through after completing a work order request to make sure things are running smoothly.

I will echo every good review of Mike Hanson, our Head of Maintenance. He is an absolute gem, we are so lucky to have him here. He can solve any issue and does it promptly, with a good attitude.

Also a shout-out to our Manager Paulette. She is great.
Runs a tight ship, but with fairness to all and a friendly attitude.

Our Maintenance Supervisor, Mike, is the absolute best! He completed my maintenance issue within minutes. He is always respectful of my time and my household. He is a very hard worker and he never complains. He is always cheerful, organized and takes pride in his work. I don’t know what you pay him him, but it’s probably not enough!
