I want to point out that my mom was not near death when she went into this place.She went there because I work nights and she was having panic attacks and she had a bed sore on her butt. She told me that she hated it there and she wanted to come home and those people convinced me that this was the best place for her.And in my opinion they killed her. She was taken to dialysis and brought back to the facility Her blood pressure was high My mom was on patches and pills for her Blood Pressure.She needed both the pills were not enough.They gave her pills but I honestly don't believe they changed her patches. I get a call that they found my mom unresponsive.And they tried cpr to bring her back but she was dead. And I honestly believe that she would not have had died if she was in my care. These people don't care. It's not their loved ones and they don't care. My mom died alone and unloved surrounded by people who were supposed to save her life.I honestly believe they killed her due to their negligence.If I have to live with that now. Please don't send your people here. Please keep them alive.

Clean and Friendly! The team at Napa Post is top notch. The nurses are all very qualified and helpful. The facility is newly remodeled and well maintained. I have had great experiences every time that I have met with anyone there. I would not hesitate to send my family members there if they needed nursing or therapy services.

My mother is at Napa Post Acute and she has had the rudest most lazy cna ever her name is Ida or Ada. My mom kindly in front of me asked her can you please change me she completely ignored her and I was like excuse me she asked if you can please change her, she looks at me like she doesn’t understand English and says ok you have to hold on. The nice cna Unique says I can help she rudely ignores her too and says I’m not done with the other patient and than she rudely tells me to move. If you don’t enjoy your job or have compassion helping you shouldn’t work here!

After reading the reviews I was a little hesitant but I’m glad I took the risk.
I’m amazed by how fast my mom was able to rehab. It was great to work with their team- especially with their help with way beyond the nursing and therapy. Their resources astonished me and helped my family out with this process through and through.

I have spent significant time at Napa Post Acute and I can say that the staff have always been very kind and welcoming. Involved/hands on management and an excellent therapy team. I would recommend NPA to anyone!

I just left this place last night. I now have coronavirus. I have mixed feelings about this place. On one hand the wound care was top notch and many of the staff were pleasant and helpful. The facility is clean with housekeeping coming into the rooms daily. On the other hand the food is sub par with many items unpalatable. Lots of young inexperienced nurses. Overnight is not covered adequately. Many early mornings I would here people yelling for help over and over again. Answer the call buttons! I was getting diarrhea nightly the last few nights and when I told the nurse medication was not given. Turns out I had Covid. I left early.

Nurses are always on hands with administering medications. CNAs are always available to help as patients need. The Activities personnel are always available for all our activities such as bingo, coloring, outings, etc. The facility is clean and well maintained. I

Im making sure this place gets investigated for medical neglect. I live far away from Napa, after hours and hours on the phone with staff i finally got someone to check on my dad and call 911. Hes now being sent to the ICU. “ Our entire team is dedicated to treating our residents with dignity and respect by providing excellent medical care with compassion and love.” This statement on their website is clearly false. If anything happens to my dad because of their neglect, im going after napa post acute. ***UPDATE. My dad passed away a few days after being in the ICU due to multiple reasons including his stool being backed up, vomit stuck in his air ways and a stroke that was never treated while in the care of Napa Post Acute. Let your loved ones be taken care of here, they really know how to do their job. 👍🏻
