This quaint two bedroom two bathroom apartment was within a two block walking distant to the town of Napa with many stores and restaurants. It was so clean. The beds were comfy and a very modern master bath. Large size TV and great Wifi. Cute little balcony with Weber grill as well. It was a true gem. The caretaker Keith takes the cake. He was so attentive and accommodating. I would stay here again.

What a wonderful stay we had!! Fantastic, comfortable apartment stocked with every amenity you could think of. Ideal location to see everything in Napa. Right across from the Napa River Inn and the entrance to River Walk. Walking distance to everything in downtown Napa including the Wine Train. Easy drive to all the Napa wineries and we loved coming back to sit on the balcony and enjoy a nice glass of wine and unwind and relax at the end of the day. Keith was a wonderful host. It was great to have a home base for our Napa visit that was so welcoming and affordable. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the area. We are hoping it will be available for us to book for our vacation next year!! Thanks Keith and Sandy you have a great property.

Convenient location, comfy beds and linens (always important to me) but furniture in living area could be more comfortable and accommodating. Found it hard to relax there but not much of an issue since we were too tired by end of day anyway. Very clean but could use some updating to the kitchen.. The Keurig was welcomed every morning. Very quiet and no noise from neighbors as there are no adjoining walls. Seemed to be a great value and allowed us to feel more at home.

We stayed in unit A, ground level, which I believe had just recently come onto the rental market. The place is tastefully and very comfortably furnished. The kitchen is very well-equipped for about anything you'd want to do there with both a drip and a Keurig coffee maker (and a supply of coffee, filters and K-cups). We didn't see a steamer basket but a lot of other basics (S&P, seasonings, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, etc.) are there for you. The eating nook would be a bit cramped for four people. || Keith, the manager, was very helpful both in the booking and when we arrived. He came promptly to fix a couple light fixtures in the ceiling that required a ladder. He also explained the use of the HVAC control, the complexity of which would challenge a rocket scientist. Apparently Keith can control it remotely as well. || The bedrooms are adequate and the beds are comfortable. Although the HVAC control in the living room remained set at 71, both bedrooms got uncomfortably warm in the middle of the night (according to the ladies - I slept right through). || The location in Napa is excellent.

This property is nicely located for walking into Downtown Napa, which we did each evening of our stay. We were looking for a comfortable place for the two couples to stay where we could share space and meals together, rather than being in separate hotel rooms. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment met those needs. I would say that the unit had most everything we needed, but the furniture was not very comfortable and was dated. Because our bedroom had a window air-conditioner, which we did not need, the room was very stuffy because we couldn't open the window. It would have been so much better if the AC was built into the wall instead.||||Our Unit, D, was upstairs and it was quite a haul when we arrived to get all the luggage up the stairs. It was much easier going down, though. Since it was raining most of the time, we didn't use the small porch. Overall, we were comfy and cozy and enjoyed our time here.

Nice and clean, cook in or go out. Kuerig coffee maker with K cups. Easy Easy access to the river walk in downtown Napa. Keith and Sandy on site managers were fantastic. Take time to walk all over downtown. Lots of fun.

I loved staying here so much! It was my first time to Napa, a treat from my sister and brother-in-law, and I can't imagine I'd want to stay anywhere else! The location was wonderful, and it just felt like home. I loved starting my days on the patio, gearing up for fun filled days in wine country!

Perfect location ... we're able to walk to everything we wanted to do in downtown Napa. Comfortable and well-maintained and well-appointed property. Would stay here again.
